Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

He was extremely nice and responsive to all of our questions! The place had a gorgeous view and he helped us find restaurants and beaches nearby

We felt very comfortable in Michele's accommodation. A spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A very comfortable bed from which you could also enjoy the sea view! Michele was so kind as to guide us over the phone to find the entrance for parking, as we arrived late in the evening in the dark. He also kindly fulfilled my request to put the exact type of milk I wanted in the fridge for our breakfast coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Lisa’s Place was so Beautiful! It was so nice to experience the countryside of Sardegna, it was just a 20minute drive from the City Center of Cagliari. Host: Lisa was Amazing, always attended to everything we needed and was very helpful. Laundry: Washing Machine but no Dryer. Hang dry only. Space: Very spacious and beautifully designed. I wish I lived here. Parking: This was hard for us in the beginning but we got the hang of finding spots around the area. Streets are very tight compared to the U.S but we managed to always find one. You have to learn how to park really close to the wall. Food: Sunflower Restaurant is right next door, it was amazing. Garbage: There was a very specific rule about separating garbage. But Lisa provided a guide and reminders about it. Which was helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!!! Thank you so much for everything Lisa!

On se sent très bien chez Fabrizio et Claudia, comme chez nous. Fabrizio nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour que notre arrivée se passe bien. En arrivant nous avons trouvé de la nourriture et des boissons en cadeau d'accueil, c'est adorable, merci ! Ensuite, la maison était vraiment propre et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin : serviettes, gel douche, essuie-tout, sel, poivre, café, liquide-vaisselle, parasol, séchoir, pinces à linge... La salle de bain à l'intérieur est petite, c'est vrai, mais celle sur la terrasse est couverte et plus spacieuse. La vue sur les collines est aussi très jolie. La pizzeria Miticus à proximité est excellente (nous n'avons pas testé les autres) et le personnel très aimable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Solanas. Merci beaucoup également pour votre disponibilité !

llaria was a super host and her home was charming and you felt at home 🏡 Communication was excellent and she responded quickly to any questions. You had your own private courtyard and parking.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

Jolie maison dans une résidence au calme a deux pas de la plage. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un super séjour (climatisation, barbecuew jeux de plage...). Ludovica est a l'écoute et hyper réactive. Je recommande.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Host disponibile e gentile, è stato sempre pronto alle varie necessità rispondendo in modo celere ed esaustivo. L appartamento offre tutto di cui si ha bisogno, è pulito e tranquillo! Grazie per tutto!!!

Помешкання дуже красиве, чисте, просторе, всі необхідні речі є, господарі залишили подарунок, що було дуже приємно. Є пляжні рушники, парасоля для пляжу. Все необхідне кухонне приладдя, засоби для прибирання, прання все все було. За що велике дякую господарям, про все подбали до дрібниць і це зробило перебування максимально зручним і приємним. Квартира знаходиться близько до моря буквально 7 хвилин і вже на пляжі. Також до магазину 7 хвилин. Господарі були на зв’язку і зі всім допомагали. Із мінусів хочу відмітити дуже не зручні матраси і подушки, надзвичайно тверді матраси, а на двохспальному ліжку пружини просто впираються в тіло. І подушки теж не дуже хорошої якості і на них не зручно спати. А також із незручностей можу відмітити, що щось відбувалось з пральною машинкою, вона завжди прала гарячою водою, навіть коли вказували низьку температуру. Все решта було чудово, і дякуємо господарям за їх гостинність.

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Massimo's Appartment! Die Kommunikation und der Check-In waren sehr einfach und freundlich. Das Airbnb ist sauber, toll eingerichtet und überzeugt mit einem gemütlichen Außenbereich inkl. Meerblick. Innerhalb von 15 - 30 min. erreicht man schöne Strände und kleine Buchten, die im Oktober sehr leer sind. Auto ist aber ein Muss. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung, in der Küche könnten ein paar mehr Utensilien sein. Ein Ofen wäre für längere Aufenthalte praktisch, es geht aber auch ohne. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Airbnb zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Nettes Appartment, alles was notwendig ist war vorhanden. Außenbereich sehr schön, vor allem die Außendusche hat uns überzeugt. Die Strände in der Umgebung (Chia, Tuerredda) sind sehr, sehr schön und innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch das nette Städtchen Pula ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten gut erreichbar und auch zu empfehlen. Ohne Auto geht es nicht, es gibt keine Restaurants die zu Fuß gut erreichbar wären. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung auf einer Anhöhe liegt, hört man den Verkehr von der Straße auch in der Nacht, was uns ein wenig beim schlafen gestört hat. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Gegend.

Fulvia e Danilo ci hanno accolto come fossimo di famiglia. L'appartamento è piccolo ma completo di tutto e con spazi pensati al millimetro proprio per essere funzionali. La vera chicca della casa è però lo spazio esterno con un giardino stupendo a nostra disposizione. La zona è tattica in quanto è logisticamente vicina alle principali spiagge della zona sud est della Sardegna fino a quella più lontana di Costa Rei che con la nuova variante è raggiungibile in 40 min circa. La vicinanza da Cagliari infine non è da sottovalutare, sia per la miriade di servizi che una città offre in caso di bisogno, sia per variare un po' la vacanza senza "dover" (con molte virgolette) andare per forza in spiaggia.

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche bei Stefano verbracht. Die Wohnung haben wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen benutzt und waren die meiste Zeit am Strand oder in der Umgebung. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, eine Pizzeria und natürlich ein Strand mit einer sehr schönen Strandbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Stefano hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war hilfsbereit. Das einzig komplizierte ist die Müllentsorgung, weil es dafür anscheinend einen Plan gibt wann was täglich von der Straße abgeholt wird. Das haben wir leider verpasst und mussten die Säcke in der Wohnung lassen. Entschuldigung dafür
