Wir haben vier sehr erholsame Tage bei Luca in einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement verbracht. Uns haben besonders das Frühstück mit der großen Auswahl, die freundliche Art Lucas mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und die Umgebung gefallen. Leider hatten wir Mitte Oktober nicht durchgehend Glück mit dem Wetter, sonst hätten wir sicherlich noch mehr Zeit auf dem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück verbracht und uns in einer zahlreichen Ecken zum Entspannen niedergelassen. Auf jeden Fall rundum zu empfehlen!

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Sardinien verlebt. Mariano hat uns mit seinem sehr liebevoll gestaltetem Zuhause und seinen unübertroffenen Frühstücksleckereien immer glücklich gemacht. Jeden Morgen hatten wir gute Laune für den Tag. Die Lage ist super, die Süd- und Ostküste sind superschnell erreichbar. Als Bootfahrer haben wir uns in dem maritimen Flair sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir fühlten uns umsorgt und immer wieder überrascht von den kleinen sardischen Spezialitäten. Alles Gute für Dich, Mariano, bleib gesund.

Simply the best accommodation we had in our Sardinien trip so far! Marzia was very (very) friendly and gave us tons of information about what to do in the area, her house is gorgious and a San Gregorio a perfect hidden spot to retire after a warm day at the beach or in the Natural Parc right behind. In the evening, you will only hear sounds of nature and we even saw shooting stars while seating on the lovely terrace. So this is a 5 stars for us of course :)

Siamo stati nella suite del B&B con due bambini e ci siamo trovati molto bene! L'appartamento è pulito (lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno) e fresco grazie all' aria condizionata (essenziale ad agosto!). La cucina comune è attrezzata ed accessibile ad ogni momento e la colazione dolce è buona. Molto comoda l'area comune dove si possono sciacquare e stendere asciugamani e costumi da bagno. L'appartamento è generalmente tranquillo, ma dipende dal livello di rumore dei vicini di stanza (nel nostro caso l'host è stato molto reattivo e ha chiesto ai vicini di abbassare il volume della televisione dopo la mezzanotte). La zona è altrettanto tranquilla (a parte i cani dei vicini che abbiano continuamente, ma fortunatamente le finestre sono molto isolanti). Posizione comoda tra Cagliari e la Costa Rei avendo una automobile a disposizione. L'host è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato consigli sulle zone da visitare. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Agostino replies very quickly. on arrival he explains the area and places of interest and what to do in the area. he also sends you a list with beaches , restaurants and places of interest including location of each. the place is strategically located and in the evening you don't need to travel because many restaurants and bars are walking distance but still very quiet in the room. the rooms are extremely clean and very well designed. the lady which assists at the breakfast is also very friendly who helps you start the day in a good mood. this would be my first preference if I had to visit Cagliari again.

Das stilvolle, liebevoll dekorierte Appartement liegt im ersten Stock, mit eigener Terrasse und herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Wir liebten es. uns morgens von der Sonne wecken lassen und bei offenem Fenster aufs Meer zu blicken. Ein sehr romantisches Licht- und Farbenspiel. Das Frühstück im Garten wird jeden morgen hübsch vorbereitet, war vielseitig und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist strategisch günstig, mit Flugzeug und Mietwagen super, da die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Flughafen (15 min) ideal ist, ohne Verkehrsstress. Die fantastischen Strände von Chia und Umgebung sind in 30min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch mit dem Bus ebenso gut erreichbar, vom Airport mit Zug und Bus zum Appartement, von dort weiter bis Pula und Chia möglich. Haltestellen sind fußläufig. Anna Maria und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und stets aufmerksam. Wir haben ihr Haus geteilt und fühlten uns, da die Wohnung separat liegt, trotzdem sehr privat. Tolles Bette, sauber, kunstvolles schönes und empfehlenswertes Ambiente.

We had a wonderful stay at Locanda. We were pleasantly surprised by the top-notch services and hospitality of staff. Breakfast was great and something we enjoyed every morning. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was incredible! Only thing of note was that our room was above the kitchen, so it got a little noisy in the evening. Nothing earplugs or a noise machine can’t fix. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend to others.

Monica is one of the kindest hosts I've stayed with in over a decade of using Airbnb. The room is very comfortable in the summer heat and has everything you need to sleep well and work remotely. Her breakfast features fruit and Sardinian pastries, coffee, and tea. I recommend taking a quick drive or bus to Poetto beach nearby then go to one of the gelateria's walking distance from the house.

Unsere Zeit bei Fabrizio und Gianmarco war wunderschön. Sie waren stets äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und informierten uns gerne über besondere Strände und Restaurants. Sie gaben uns im Vorfeld schon wichtige Infos und antworteten immer sofort. Es ist wichtig unbedingt ein Mietwagen zu mieten. Die Lage erlaubte es uns viele wunderbare Strände in Villiasimus, Costa Rei, Pula, Cagliari uvm. zu entdecken. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Highly recommend this little boutique treasure in Cagliari, gorgeous host and gorgeous accommodation Have rarely seen such thoughtful attention to details. Virginia had prepared a specific table, beautifully laid out, for each separate room. And left a specific shelf in fridge with supplies specifically for each guest. The quantity of breakfast, fruit, etc was definitely one of the most generous offered by a host in our experience. Wir haben vom 13.08 bis 27.08.2022 das B&B gebucht. Das Zimmer war in einem sehr sauberen gepflegten und neuen Zustand. Als Begrüßung hat uns der Gastgeber eine Vorspeisenplatte und Getränke nach Wahl gereicht. Super lieber Empfang und Erklärung der Gegebenheiten. Im Allgemeinen war der Gastgeber und seine Familie sehr freundlich und hat viele hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Das Frühstück morgens war lecker. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und konnte Jederzeit benutzt werden. Außerdem standen uns Liegen und ein Sonnendach zur Verfügung. Ich kann das B&B jedem weiter empfehlen. Siamo stati i primi ospiti di questa nuovissima ed accogliente struttura, bella, pulita, raffinata e ricca di particolari. I gestori che ci hanno accolto sono gentili e pieni di premure, due ragazzi giovani ed attenti che meritano un lungo plauso. Esperienza da ripetere. Colazione strepitosa
