Monthly Rentals in Metigoshe Lake

This condo is in a great location for spending time at the lake!! Minutes from both my parents’ cabin & the state park! Us girls loved having the coffee shop right downstairs! Perfect amount of space for our group, great to have two bathrooms. Our kids loved playing in the sand by Sun Downers, too! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the loud music & noise that traveled from the bar late at night. Didn’t seem to bother the kids, though, so I’ll take it!! We enjoyed our time and it was so much better than having to get hotel rooms!!

This was our second time booking the mountain escape and it was just as cozy as the first stay. The hosts are very helpful and inviting. The atmosphere and surroundings are pristine. The private dock provides excellent access to water activities and the main beach/store/restaurant/playground area are all within walking distance. Plenty to do and see in this area including a series of walking trails that include an observation tower. Would highly recommend!

The place was beautiful and clean once we got inside. The keypad was a little tricky to get the whole keypad to light up to put our passcode in. The room was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and dishes. The room temperature was nice and warm.

We loved the place! Perfect for our needs! I I spent most of my time sitting out on the deck while the hubby was at a motorcycle event at the state park. I even mentioned that there wasn't oven mitts and Kendra went and bought some and dropped it off! The address does put you at the wrong end of the street when using GPS but once we found it, all was good to go! If the neighbors had better number signage 😉 it would have been easier. I think the only kinda issue was the spider webs on the deck, Outdoor furniture and in the firepit cabinet - I know those can appear overnight so having a long handled brush/broom dedicated to make cleaning those off easier would be handy.
