Vacation rentals in Grand Forks

We had a delightful time. We loved that the listing is a pet friendly home. It made our trip a lot more relaxing than a hotel. Home is as described in the description : upper floor only. Front parking is on the street and then parking in the back is off an alley. Shorter fenced yard but doable for pets to be watched while using. Host is very responsive, friendly, helpful. We would rent again if in the area.

Perfect little place to stay for a weekend trip to Grand Forks! Great location, about a block off a main road and an easy drive to the UND campus. Check-in was easy. Upon check-in, I found that the cleaners hadn't been there, but Cole responded right away when I reached out. The cleaners were there within the hour and cleaned the place up while I went out for the evening. Super-comfy beds! Great kitchen. I used the oven and coffee maker while I was there and both worked great. The dishwasher was broken so I did my dishes by hand, but Cole had stated that I could leave them in the sink, if desired. The shower was awesome with great water pressure. Be aware, there is very little counter space in the bathroom. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The price was perfect and the apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and functional. A full-length mirror would be a great addition. Also, phthalates on the laundry were strong; I prefer unscented towels and bedding.

I hit the jackpot in finding this place! Myron is probably one of the best hosts I’ve had on Airbnb. He has been very helpful with transportation, recommending fun spots in the area, and helping my dog and I feel right at home in a new environment. He is very friendly and keeps a tidy and organized home. The neighborhood is pretty quiet with walking trails nearby. I would recommend this place to friends, family and anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in the area.

Great place , parking is only thing I can say wasn’t enjoyable, not a fan of moving around from street to street and not enough spots . I would stay there again but would want a spot in garage for parking, otherwise very nice building

The apartment and the host were great! This apartment is above the local floral and coffee shop which the host owns and operates, so breakfast was a cinch. The coffee shop has a nice little gift shop included as well, but the real star was a very, very good caramel roll and a cup pf coffee. Lisa was very easy to get in touch with via the app and communication was quick and smooth. The apartment was very clean. It was comfortable. It had everything I needed. The closes thing to an negative I can say is that it was a very cold night in North Dakota and I was cold, but there were extra blankets in the apartment I could throw on my bed and stay nice and toasty through the night.

Shannon’s place was peaceful and quiet. I loved the view of the back yard and the deer that came through was amazing. Shannon was a respectful host and was always asking if I needed anything. He made sure the temp was warm enough since it was winter time. The welcome sign and little treats were great. He had warm music playing for me when I got there. If anyone needs a great place to stay, I would highly recommend Shannon’s place.

I've become very skeptical of airbnbs after some pretty bad ones, but this place exceeded our expectations. Most importantly it was extremely clean and uncluttered. I loved that there are luggage racks in the closets so my suitcase could be out of the way. there were just enough pots and pans for our needs without the cupboards being hard to find things in. The kitchen and bath are very modern and nice. The rooms have nightstands and lamps. The location is walkable to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and it is worth the cost.

Such a relaxing, quaint, cabin feel. Hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. 10/10 will return again.

This was a really nice experience. Never needed to ask for anything because everything was taken care of ahead of time. The home was very spacious and comfortable. It felt like a hotel. Cleanliness was impecable. You need to have breakfast at Bernie’s and dinner at House of Punjab. Stand out food. We would definitely recommend this home and we would stay here again.

We have enjoyed this place so much that for several weeks into the future we have rebooked it for the times we needed a place in GF. He clearly changes the door passcode for each guest (safety) and the place has always been clean and comfortable. He is proactive and a great host!
