Beautiful, private casita built in the 1930's one block from the plaza. Historic charm with modern conveniences. Perfect for quiet retreat. Fenced flagstone patio in back yard fully equipped with gas grill, outdoor fireplace, outdoor dining area and french doors opening from the house. Large front yard fully enclosed. Full front porch creates shade. This house is peaceful but just steps from the fiestas and activities on the historical Mesilla Plaza.

Sombra Del Valle is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood and within 5 minute walking distance to the historic Mesilla plaza and 2 minute walking distance to a Brewery and restaurant and approximately 5 minute drive to NMSU. The home is comfortable and spacious; great for family trips, honeymoons, or just a fun getaway. There is free guest private parking. Once you stay here you will want to come back; it’s a home away from home.

Inside Guest house there is a kitchenette and a fire place where you can relax. Mesilla Bosque State park by the Rio Grande River, is four minute drive or if you want to ride your bike about 12 minutes.

This charming modern adobe space is located in the beautiful Mesilla valley. The character is true New Mexico - from the high viga ceilings, to Talavera tile in kitchen and bathroom. Set in the middle of pecan orchards. Peaceful and very quiet. You'll feel right at home! By the way, this casita is NOT pet friendly.
