Very beautiful home, I would definitely recommend! The only thing is once you arrive don’t be discouraged on the road loading up to the gated community nor the scenery. Once you enter the gate it is well maintained, quiet, respectful, and has a private beach entrance for the community. The house is very clean and well kept up with. Overall, great experience and I would definitely book again.

This is a very nice house, the rooms are comfortable and plenty of space for a big group. The backyard is nice the kids loved playing on the play set and it was a good space for hosting our family.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was my first time visiting San Diego, and staying here made the experience even more special. The space was very clean, well-decorated, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen it was large, modern, and perfect for group meals and hangouts. There were plenty of blankets and towels provided, along with extra air mattresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every room was beautifully designed and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking this Airbnb again the next time I’m in town!

The house is just as shown in the photos, it is very nice and above all clean, a 100% private and safe area, Yadira and Jonathan were excellent hosts and flexible with our arrival time. The views are wonderful, the house is fully equipped for cooking, in the bathroom they had products in case you forgot shampoo and soap. It has hot water for bathing, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron for clothes and air conditioning (points that we really value a lot) We would definitely be happy to return 🤍 Definit

This condo at Cosmopolitan City Point is stylish, clean, and super comfortable. Check-in was smooth, the building is secure, and there are nice coffee shops and restaurants on the ground floor right outside the entrance. The building feels safe and modern, with amazing views and great amenities like a rooftop pool and 7th-floor gym. Check-in was easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is the real star: Tercera Etapa del Río: You’re surrounded by modern communities and luxury developments, art-forward mini-malls, and trendy cafés and restaurants—Awiwi’s Boba, La Postal Sushi, Berry Nice Café, Pizza&Love, House of Ribs, and more—all within walking distance along Paseo del Río. The LDS Temple anchors the skyline, and the neighborhood feels modern, safe, and full of energy. Perfect for cross-border travelers or anyone wanting a fresh, urban TJ experience. Would definitely stay again!

Celebrated my sister’s 30th birthday here and we all had such a blast! The host was so kind and receptive the whole time. The place is incredibly cute and comfy! The pool and grill were the biggest highlights of the weekend. We will definitely book this place again!

The host provided excellent communication, making the stay enjoyable. However, the neighbors were quite noisy every night, which was beyond the host’s control. Despite this minor inconvenience, it was still a great place to stay.

My wife and I had a great time. Devo was super responsive and very helpful and understanding with any questions we had. the place was very nice and exactly as expected. the only complaint I have is that the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. But other than that I have nothing more to say.

Nice and clean and very comfortable stay

This was the perfect spot for our mini two night vacation in TJ. We had to take our dog which was not planned and this property was so perfect to make that last minute change more enjoyable. The home was clean and the perfect size for our family. The property has beautiful plants and space to sit outside.

I would definitely choose it again in Tijuana. I highly recommend it. It is accessible to many stores and the American consulate nearby in case you are going to do visa procedures. Everything was perfect. Nelly is super friendly and attentive. Do not hesitate to book. It is worth it.
