Perfect for VISAS because we are in the middle of CAS where they take fingerprints and the consulate. 5 to 7 minutes to each place from this accommodation. Perfect place to visit Tijuana and enjoy the city. Everything is very close. The US border, airport, and Tijuana's most visited hospitals and doctors. Also ideal for recovering from surgery. Very close to New City Medical and just 3 minutes from the airport, Zona Río and the line to cross to the USA through San Ysidro.

There is space to park your vehicle, but it is not private. All the neighbors park in front of the property. Call me on my cell phone for better communication. Two more people can stay on the sofa bed for an additional 350 pesos per person per night.
