The stay was great and the only thing was we had to wait 90 minutes before we were allowed to check in.. We didn’t get to the room until 5:30 PM.. Other than that everything was great..

Great location for us to get to family.! We had a lot to do so didn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub.! Next time.! Only small issue there wasn’t enough toilet paper one roll per restroom. There were plenty of towels that was great.! Thank you for sharing your space with us.!

This property is located close to the beach and has a lot of amenities to make the perfect get away! If you love SoCal beach towns...this is the place for you. A+++

我在这里住了十几天，非常满意。首先，Niu的房子对中国人非常友好，中式炒锅电饭煲俱全，对于需要十几天自己做饭来说非常友好。另外，房间的床软硬适中，不是美国人的巨软床垫，枕头也是类似记忆棉的，比较舒服，适合中国宝宝体质。房子在spectrum shopping center可以步行10min到达的距离，这个mall还不小的一个商业区，常见需要的品牌都有。Niu人也很好，中途做饭炒锅缺个盖子，她找人帮忙专门送了一个，感谢！房子的入住时间是比较灵活的，且有两个自带车位，停车方便

Bei and James were very nice and made us feel at home. The room was small but nicely furnished. The bathroom was right off the bedroom which made it very nice and convenient everything was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Lucia’s! She is a kind and responsive host, the place was impeccable and beautiful! It was a relaxing neighborhood and walkable to a plaza that had many shops and restaurants!

The house was beautiful! The backyard is even bigger in person and the pool is definitely worth it with the waterslide! The slide also shoots water as well so you can slide easier! The house was pretty awesome with speakers that play outside and through the house so you can have music outside and inside at the same time. The rooms were nice and the loft room was huge with a projector for movies. The house itself is huge! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all kinda connected like an open floor plan type of thing which is very nice and the gym is just the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this house if you plan on having some quality time together or just some friends meeting up for the weekend. It has so much to offer that you will want to stay at least an extra day.

Ruth’s place was the perfect place while we spent time with family during the holidays. Nice and big, the gym and ping pong/pool table were great additions, the kitchen was nicely upgraded, modern countertops and appliances that overlooked the beautiful pool backyard. The dogs absolutely loved the space! Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were able to decompress from a long road trip as if we were right at home. Ruth was very proactive in her communications, and even left a sweet note and a bottle of wine as a greeting gift. Which was very thoughtful and sweet of her. She was an amazing host! We would absolutely choose her home again for another stay.

Vada’s place was amazing. It is so intentionally and beautifully decorated. The primary room is HUGE with a gigantic closet, extra blankets and a massive en-suite. To maintain the theme of the grand primary room is the oversized king bed with its comfy mattress. The other three rooms are the perfect size and the beds are so comfortable. I got some of the best sleep I have ever had. The second bathroom has a beautiful rain fall shower head and is also spacious. The backyard is gorgeous and I am sad that it was a bit too chilly and windy during my visit that I was unable to utilize it. The home has beautiful energy, it is beautifully decorated and Vada truly thought of everything. As if it couldn’t get better Vada was an amazing host. They were very responsive with the questions that we had. They also left the sweetest note for my mom and I wishing my Great Grandmother a happy 98th birthday and even included a bottle of Martinelli’s. I highly recommend Vada’s home.

This home was perfect for our blended family Christmas gathering. It was comfortable and spacious with a modern and beautiful kitchen that accommodated our Christmas dinner perfectly. The checkin and out process was a breeze, communication was spot on and tight, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient for our needs. Such a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to local restaurants and businesses. The home was exactly as depicted, extremely clean, and the backyard was a stunning backdrop for our central gatherings - complete with a lemon tree. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return. Thanks for a great 7 days of Christmas!

My family enjoyed Seraph’s home because it is clean and modern. Most of the furniture is new or pristine. There was plenty of parking and having a connected garage was convenient. Seraph’s home has 3 floors, with one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the third floor. The kitchen and sofa are on the second floor. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together. The Airbnb is located in an area where new homes are being built. There was some loud construction noise on our first day, but it luckily stopped after a few hours. The neighborhood is family friendly. My nephew and niece enjoyed the nearby park/playground. Seraph was an excellent host. He was responsive and accommodating. For example, he was able to help us when our family needed additional towels. We wish the home was closer to popular restaurants and grocery stores, but besides that, it definitely met our expectations. If you’re looking for a home in South Orange County, Seraph’s home is a great option!

A great stay! Worked perfectly for what we needed (traveling for work). Smelled good and everything was very clean. Loved the chairs on the front lawn and it was a nice neighborhood (surrounded by families playing in their yards). Only thing is the trains and planes are loud in the area, if it’s not something you’re used to. Would definitely stay again if traveling to the area again!
