Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Ray was a wonderful host, highly recommend whenever you’re in the area! He was very flexible, kind, proactive, and helpful. We had everything we needed, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

We were lucky to find a place so warm and welcoming and felt safe for our family of three. The location was close to so many places we visited. Our 5 year son wanted to move in, he just loved the coziness of the space. We hope to stay there in the future.

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

What a fantastic and honest host. The place was very clean and comfortable. And the place was a very short 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. Super convenient for those without a car.

It’s honestly such a beautiful spot – right by the water with ocean views. The place was super clean, cozy, and just perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill, peaceful beach retreat. Would totally come back!

Great place! super close to the beach. They even leave fun stuff like a closet full of things you need for the beach. We would stay again.

This place was definitely worth it, walking distance to the beach and the pool made it a favorite for us. Paul provided lots of fun beach accessories for us to use and the condo was clean and had what you needed. The patio is nice to have breakfast on and though the sliding door was really hard to open/close Paul said they were expecting a new one. It was so nice to have a refreshing outdoor space but just a bummer that due to the landscaping project it was a lil bit loud during the daytime when coming back to recoup but that’s kinda out of anyone’s control. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

We loved the stay. It’s so clean and beautiful just like in the pictures. The AC kept us cool. There were coffee you can make it yourself. The swimming pool was not busy. Multiple jacuzzi. 10 mins drive to downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

Most courteous and responsive hosts. 5 star service. Our pool closed for an unforeseen repair. We communicated with the host and immediately received paid day passes to a great fully serviced (cocktails & food) pool less than a block from our property. We did not have to ask. Our host was amazing. Our pool reopened and we throughly enjoyed the enormous pool and lovely accommodation. House was spotless and well appointed. I will definitely rent again!

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful space! Everything was pristine and comfortable, and the vibe is awesome. The amenities-- especially the pool--and the scenic surroundings were the exact thing I needed for this little getaway. Palm Springs offers a great variety of restaurants and things to do, too. This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Palm springs. The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Relax Palm Springs runs a fantastic rental management business. Every detail and aspect of the property and process was clearly explained and communicated. The property was great. Truly tranquil, properly maintained, had everything listed and more. There is a large framed digital interactive screen on the wall that provides everything you need to know about the property, including local recommendations, weather info, property instructions and more. It is also used to complete the check-in and checkout process. Elegant and user friendly. After checking in, the property manager called to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I literally didn't have any questions throughout the process because they think of everything and share it proactively. I will definitely rent a property with them again!

Mike and Jane have a lovely secluded home with beautiful views. They really take pride to make their guests comfortable having plenty of amenities with extra little touches. Every thing was in great working order and the kitchen was more than fully equipped. There were very responsive to a couple of questions. The beds were super comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. I was there for a wedding at Tivoli (10-15 minutes away), but I’d like to go again just to stay and relax. Monserate Winery is just minutes away. Jane and Mike are such great hosts! Thank you so much for offering your beating home to us.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. Although it was only for one night, but the place was exactly how it was described on the listing. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family and dogs. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and cookware. It was a great home away from home. Responsiveness of the staff was exceptional. Would definitely rent again!

My family enjoyed Seraph’s home because it is clean and modern. Most of the furniture is new or pristine. There was plenty of parking and having a connected garage was convenient. Seraph’s home has 3 floors, with one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the third floor. The kitchen and sofa are on the second floor. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together. The Airbnb is located in an area where new homes are being built. There was some loud construction noise on our first day, but it luckily stopped after a few hours. The neighborhood is family friendly. My nephew and niece enjoyed the nearby park/playground. Seraph was an excellent host. He was responsive and accommodating. For example, he was able to help us when our family needed additional towels. We wish the home was closer to popular restaurants and grocery stores, but besides that, it definitely met our expectations. If you’re looking for a home in South Orange County, Seraph’s home is a great option!

We had an excellent time and look forward to returning next time we visit Joshua Tree. It was central to many top spots such as Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and Idyllwild. Heidi provided a book with everything you need to know, including food, local hikes, local art, and a bit of history about the fault lines and what makes the area special. What is not understood from the listing is the extensive movie and book collection. We only got through two movies, but there was something for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen and full-size fridge were a highlight, as they allowed us to prepare gourmet dinners while traveling, and the spaciousness and all the essentials needed for delicious meals. Also, my boyfriend even got to play the baby grand piano while visiting, which was a nice treat. Heidi, our host, was lovely and accommodating. If we lived locally, I know she would be a great friend to have. She was as excited about our trip as we were, and her joy will be remembered.

This house was amazing - especially when you have little kids and a dog. The kitchen is very well stocked and it made cooking fun at the house. There also were games and a crib for the kids which was amazing.
