Great stay at the Worldmark Indio in a 3 bedroom unit. This is a timeshare property which always complicates thing a bit but check in was easy, the unit was as described and the property is wonderful with lots of amenities including a lazy river.

Love the place, perfect for a little weekend get away and lovely patio with morning sun!

Ryan’s place was awesome. Backyard was on the 17th hole of a golf course. Very nice neighborhood with grocery stores and places to eat very close. Perfect for people attending festivals, shuttles a block away from the community. Ryan was perfectly responsive whenever I had any questions and he had also reached out a few times on are 4 day trip to see how we were doing. Pools and jacuzzi in the facility were nice and the gym at the country club was perfect, rode Ryan’s super cool golf cart right on over. Will more then likely be booking here again for are next festival! Thanks again bud!

This is a hidden gem and a great find! Christy was a great host and was responsive. It was a great touch that she left us some snacks and waters for our weekend at Coachella! This location was very convenient. Definitely would book again in the future!

We love the Desert Springs Villas! Check-in was very easy, the room was as pictured, and James was a kind and responsive host!

Lovely location; everything was as described and functioned well. The balcony is the highlight. Some furniture with comfy cushions would make it even better. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It had exactly everything that I needed and I felt right at home. I loved that the unit is on the first floor so very easily accessible to get all of my luggage into. The area felt safe and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect. I also love that. There was a cute little patio to sit out on. I’m usually picky about beds, but this one was very comfortable and I was able to get a great night sleep every night. The host was very accommodating and very easy to get a hold of whenever I needed questions answered. I will definitely be back to stay here for my future trips to Southern California ! Thank you !!

The host was amazing and responded very quickly during our stay. The place was really cute inside and it was a perfect fit for our trip! The rooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms were nice and clean. It was a great space and we felt very safe during our stay. :)

I have stayed at the Ocotillo Lodge several times while out in Palm Springs and always enjoy my stay. Ethan’s place is no exception. Clean, easy to access, seamless check in and out, and very kind and responsive host. If you like historic mid century modern architecture, you’ll enjoy your stay. Perfect for one or two visitors. Pool was heated and amazing. Hot tub was very enjoyable under the stars I’ve hardly even seen anyone using either one. It faces the street, so if you’re sensitive to street noise, you can sleep with ear plugs. For me, this wasn’t a problem.

Cissy was extremely helpful, accommodating, and responsive! The place was great — the setup in the garage was a nice surprise! Would definitely go back when visiting Palm Springs and would recommend this place to others as well!

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

Sally was very gracious, hospitable, and accommodating throughout the entire process from booking to check out. She was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions. The place was PERFECT for our weekend at Stagecoach. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was a guidebook in almost every room to help us navigate the space. Would highly recommend this stay!

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

The house was fine and someone who wrote to me was great, but then at 11 am of ck in I got a text saying the owner was there and they moved us to another house? They forgot to give the gate people our names and it took us another 30 min to get to the house... the person called on the emergency line was ill prepared, however, they did try to make up for the first mistake by putting birthday gifts etc...in the home got my husband which was very nice. I paid double for this place per night of what I rent my Townhome for in Durango, CO at the base of the ski resort. It was a fine house but all the switching was not appreciated the day of move in as it recked a short weekend. I think the management company didn't manage well if they failed to know the owners were there or were they just telling me that? I will never know. Will probably rent direct next time not through this management company.

Superb Stay with the beauty of the desert backyard, my wife and 13 year old daughter loved the large place, space and attention to all the details. We loved every minute of our stay, the healing mineral pools, water ball and all the kind folks and characters we met during our annual 4 day visit. Beautiful grounds, we walked every where enjoying all the unique places and pictures within the Wild West area of trees, lake and stage. Cooked every meal there, great easy use kitchen and nice big TV with all sorts of great viewing options. Place was spotless clean and clutter free and quiet area. Priceless views all day long , be sure to enjoy the outside big table for eating which had some pull down privacy shades. 5 Stars and enjoy all those singing birds and wildlife in your backyard with priceless views, thank you Mr. Alex Oleg!

Great home! Provided a ton of entertainment options and ample space. Loved the decor to give it something unique from other homes. Neighborhood and backyard pool area were both very quiet. Cannon Bros were excellent to work with and quick to respond. Would recommend this place to others and stay here again.

The home is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! We especially loved how clean the house was! The neighborhood is so quiet and the home so peaceful, it truly felt like the perfect vacation home! My family and I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a desert vacation! Cabell was a wonderful host!

Lovely, clean home in a great location for anyone going to the empire polo fields for coachella etc. Super responsive hosts and very accommodating - 10/10 would recommend

We stayed here for Coachella weekend and had a fantastic time! It was a reasonable rate for such a high demand weekend. We were close to our shuttle stop, restaurants and grocery stores. The host was communicative and clear with all instructions and we had no issues or confusion making our stay even more enjoyable. 10/10
