The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform above the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the jungle path and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "crown jewel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and nobly furnished.
