Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

I would recommend this place to anyone. Very quiet and easy to find. When I’m back in Melbourne I know where to stay again.

Donna's place is absolutely perfect! The house is conveniently located near downtown Melbourne with its restaurants and shops. Beach goers will appreciate the short drive over the causeway to the beautiful beaches. I loved how clean the place was and how all appliances and air conditioners, etc. worked perfectly. Also it was so easy to check in & check out. Will never stay anyplace else while in the area! Yes, folks it is perfect!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The place is located on a very lushly landscaped property. The long dock calls you out to it. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected. Perfect place to rent a boat, fish. and spend time outdoors with family.

We went for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler). We had an amazing stay. It was a great getaway location. Everything we needed for the babies and more! We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! The house was about 20 mins to the beach but we chose to stay at the house for the pool instead! The community was quiet. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. Kristen was very responsive so that was comforting to know we were in good hands. We would absolutely stay again!

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

perfect location, not even 5 minutes from beach and 10 to 15 minutes to most restaurants by walking. very clean and alone of amenities. we will be definitely staying here again.

My wife and I have been coming to the Cocoa Beach area for several years. This was the first time I saw this place available, and what a hidden gem it is. Great location and super close to everything. Super clean, and what a view. Has everything you possibly need from a fully stocked kitchen to all the needed beach necessities. Will definitely be back again, actually have already booked for next year! Highly recommend this host and condo! Thanks for letting us stay.

Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Olga‘s place was beautiful, and pristine. It was nicely furnished, clean, and relaxing. The view is also beautiful and the location is great. I would love to stay there again. Olga was also flexible and super sweet to communicate with.

This was a really nice place within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and things to do. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues. There is a biscuit place on the first floor that I tried out and found overpriced/did not really enjoy. Just an FYI for future travelers. Everything else was great.

Loved the place, very cute and beachy! It was easy to get inside and Sarah was communicative about check in details. The walk to the beach was just two blocks and all the restaurants/shops/stores were within a 10 minute drive - she even had them listed in the welcome binder! LOVED the arcade game set on the wall! Absolutely recommend this stay!! :)
