Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Bob's place is the perfect place to stay! The backyard is the perfect tropical, lush oasis to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. The home has everything you need and the fact that it's dog friendly is even better! My pups and I felt right at home! Friendly host and a welcoming retreat.😊

Our two families equaling 9 people stayed here and it was absolutely lovely! Very modern decor with everything you need and more! 5 kids greatly enjoyed the toys and such in the garage, and they all had their own space to sleep. We had a great stay and would absolutely return!

Lee and Kyoungun were wonderful hosts! They were so responsive with any questions. Not only did they allow our furbabies, but their fee was fair and they provided amenities for them such as bowls, paw wipes, a kennel, and a blanket. The home was very clean, and this is one of my biggest concerns when staying at an AirBnB. No problems here with that whatsoever! Nice spacious bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The furbabies LOVED the fenced in yard. If I had to find one thing to mention, the kitchen and living area was tight for our family of five plus the dogs. We weren’t in the house much, but if you’re planning on staying there a lot, consider the wonderful outdoor area for eating or activities.

Great old little beach house. Had everything we needed. Spent most of our time at the beach or the space center and it was nice to come back and be able to close the blackout curtains after being in the sun all day. The outdoor fenced area is great also!

My family and friends had a beautiful time in cocoa beach. Renata was very responsive and gave us the precise location, instructions to get into the home and what to watch for. Renata also gave ideas of local residents and things to do with family and friends. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room!

We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

We had a wonderful stay at Tiffany’s! The house was so clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The eat-in kitchen area is spacious and leads to a sliding glass door to the backyard where you can enjoy some relaxing time on the patio after a day of exploring the Space Coast! It is conveniently located to many points of interest and the beaches. We would definitely recommend it and visit again!

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

The place has more than enough room for a big family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is located within walking distance to town, where there’s shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach. It’s not too congested in the small town, which we loved not dealing with big crowds.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

The home was even more than we expected. It was spacious and welcoming. Nice wide screen tv in the family room with comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was wonderful!!! Thank you so much for heating the pool. It was great for evening swimming and large enough to get some needed laps in for a workout. We loved being able to park our car in the garage, leaving room for dinner guest to park in the driveway. We loved the way the kitchen, dining area and family room were all open enabling us to enjoy our family while cooking. The large dining room table was a plus. The separate area for making coffee was also nice and out of the way from our family cooks. Great pantry also and perfect washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this home to others and would love to stay again when we are in the area. We hope that we kept the home nice enough to meet your expectations.

Great walkable location! We loved having the two stories with the bedrooms upstairs and living room/kitchen downstairs. It was helpful staying with the kids and having our own spaces. Michael is very responsive in answering all our needs and even went above and beyond and got a French press for coffee. The only complaint I would have is there was some noise from the neighbors a TV going on most of the time (all night long for a week) but it eventually sounded like white noise. The neighbor on the other side was partying late into the night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again as it only happened on the last night we were there. Our favorite part was the garage full of beach toys! The kids and I walked to the beach each day and use the boogie boards and the beach pails to build sand castles It was really great!

Beautiful rental. Quiet, friendly neighbours. The place was very clean, lots of space and new appliances. Very comfy beds. Everything was as stated and Great communication with Michael and Phoenix. Would definitely stay again

We had an enjoyable 5-week stay at Amber's place, working remotely. The house is comfortable and met our needs nicely, with two desks in different rooms, and a strong wifi signal. The kitchen opening-up to the living room provided a spacious feel, and the living room furniture was comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the "library" off of the kitchen, and the bookshelves were well stocked with a variety of books, board games, and puzzles. The screened room in the back was spacious and provided easy access to the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, the houses are well-kept, and we especially enjoyed walking to the nature preserve less than a mile away. The local beaches are clean and quiet, and less than a 20-minute drive from the house. It was a plus having access to the 2-car garage, and the cherry tomato plants in the back yard kept us supplied with delicious tomatoes! Amber was a great host, and went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in plans.

Great spot just minutes from the beach and other family friendly activities. Quiet location away from the touristy hotel areas. Will seek this place out the next time we visit!
