Condo vacation rentals in Melbourne

My wife and I had a different vacation than we expected, but nothing to do with the condo. Unfortunately, there was a very extensive beach restoration project occurring (we heard Cocoa Beach does this every 6 years-lucky us!) that closed the beach directly in front of the condo for most of our stay. We had to walk a few blocks or drive most days. Jeanne was incredibly understanding and supportive, and refunded a significant portion of our rental. She was friendly and responsive to all of our concerns and we would highly recommend the condo; it is beautifully situated on the beach and conveniently close to the small downtown Cocoa Beach area. We plan to return!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Deb was easy to communicate with, she was flexible with dates, was very accommodating, and provided a great experience. The place was exactly how it appeared in her photos and was great. My family had an amazing trip thanks to her

This was our second time in this building but a different unit. Great location, the beach is great and the pool was nice. We were able to bring our little yorkie and he enjoyed the dog area. We loved having Dunkin and Publix across the street. This place is a gem.

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

Nice place, good for kids for sure. Liked the room layout and proximity to beach.

Stayed 29 nights at Linda’s for work. Beach was beautiful and convenient. AC blows cold. No dishwasher unfortunately but that was ok. Beach amenities were a nice touch (towels, cooler, chair etc)

the place is right on the beach, very relaxed, and very close to restaurants (a great one is just across the street! excellent for drinks at night without driving). Michelle was very responsive and helpful, and the place is very comfortable and it includes everything we needed to relax and spend a great time at the beach

Place itself was as described. Property is located on the beach, pool is a quick walk from the room and had plenty of parking. Inside was clean and had been updated. The only issue we had was checkin. Code provided for mechanical lock was not correct. Sent message for assistance but took almost 40 min additionally to be able to get in. We understand things happen, overall a nice place for price.

This space was perfect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed plus some. Very clean space, easy access to the beach. Ana was so helpful and responsive. Already planning our next trip back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Malcolm & Eva’s place! The location was perfect, the condo was so clean & comfortable. My children loved the pool & swam in it everyday we were there. We will definitely try to stay here again, as we visit Cocoa Beach every year!

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

This condo is in the perfect location. As soon as you walk in the condo you see the ocean from the patio doors. It’s so beautiful. We were able to see four rocket launches from the balcony. Everything is neat and tidy. Lots of beachside home decor. It’s all very tasteful. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was comfy and the bed linen was all fresh and clean. Overall the perfect stay. Thank you.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at satellite beach. The children loved playing with the beach toys provided by the the host. We had access to covered parking space which we loved because the hot weather. The swimming pool was great and the beach was very easy to access from the building. we loved the view from the room, excellent for enjoying the sunrise in the morning and the shooting sounds of the sea the whole day. The place was very clean, organized and well equipped, and staff was amazing, very helpful when needed.

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

My second time staying here. Gives convenient access to downtown area. Highly recommend. Perfect for FIT alums visiting town especially.

Kelly has a gem of a condo and is an awesome host. She helped walk us through extending our stay. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we were able to stay an extra night, and we are grateful. We will most definately be staying at Beach Bliss on our future trips to Satellite Beach!

Annette was very friendly and helpful. The condo is large for a two bedroom and the kitchen is nicely appointed. It was quiet and parking was plentiful. It is also walking distance from many bars, restaurants and boutiques and not far from the beach. In all, it was very pleasant and I highly recommend Annette and her condo.

The condo was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer . Beach access and amenities were nice though with our short stay we definitely weren’t able to take advantage of them. I guess we’ll save those for next visit. Thanks :)

STUNNING VIEWS of the beach from inside and on the balcony of the condo. This was by far the most relaxing vacation my husband and I and I have had in years and we got to see two Space X launches from the condo balcony during our stay. The condo is spacious, the beds and reclining sofa seats are super comfy. All beach needs are provided including 4 beach chairs, towels, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon!! The kitchen has all that you need and includes a full size Keurig coffee machine. The first floor has a Game Room that includes both a ping pong and foosball table that we enjoyed playing at night. Parking and access to the condo was super easy and Joe responded to our messages quite quickly. A Publix grocery store and many great restaurants are a quick drive away. 321Pizza was delicious, Goombay’s had great dishes, Cuban Island was so good, and Bacci’s Italian food had good food and great service. We plan to visit again soon! Thank you for this awesome experience!
