We had a fantastic stay at Beachy Places! Our family’s time here was incredibly enjoyable, relaxing, and full of fun. The host was wonderful to communicate with—so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The house had everything we could have needed and more. The short walk to the beach was easy and manageable, even with four kids in tow! After beach outings, the pool was a refreshing delight for everyone. We’d absolutely love to stay at Beachy Places again. Highly recommended!

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

This is our second time staying at this property and plan to return. Ideal location with the beach, restaurant, food shopping everything you could want within a few minute drive. All while being in a quiet and private neighborhood. The pool is awesome for the family and enjoy evenings sitting on the dock watching the sunset. We even saw the manatees were back. Charity is very responsive and can answer any questions. Professional and courteous, highly recommend. Highly recommend

We have come to this home 2 years in a row, now. It is beautiful, very close to the beach, and the hosts are wonderful. 15 years vacationing at Cocoa Beach and we plan on coming back to their spot as long as we are welcome!

We loved staying at the Sol House! I would recommend it to anyone. It is fully loaded for anything you would need and extremely kid friendly. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We hope to stay here again!

This home exceeded our expectations. We were even able to store our luggage in the garage while we waited for check-in. While some furniture and a rug were dated and worn, the entire house was very well kept, clean, decorated beautifully. The beds & linens were SO comfortable as was the entire house. Plenty of places to spread out, eat or sit and read a book. I brought a bag of games but could have saved the space in my luggage because this house even has games and puzzles. The garage is stocked with beach supplies (and a cart to haul your stuff to the beach), bikes, and kayaks. Our grandkids loved the ping pong table. By far, everyone’s favorite was the pool! Teresa definitely goes above and beyond to stock the house so that you have everything you need at your finger tip. We will be back (and we will look at their other property as well). Thanks for the memories!

This was a last minute trip for our family before our daughter left for the summer. She wanted to go to the beach and Airbnb found this place for us. Honestly, we didn't expect a private beach with so little activity, but I don't know if we can go back to sharing a beach after staying at this place. The house was perfect for the three of us and our dog, who is almost 17 years old and hasn't been to a beach in nine years. We were able to walk on the beach for miles and enjoyed some extended family time. Lindsey checked on us after we checked in and made us feel very welcomed. We were there for two days since that's all the days available, but we'll be going back hopefully sometime soon.

Very convenient location near places to eat, the beach, and a short uber ride to the Port Terminal. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had a lot of amenities. They provide a lot of extras for the beach that most places don’t. It really saved me bringing/buying a lot of stuff. The close access to the pool and beach was so nice. There was hardly anyone at the beach in this spot and it felt private (at least at this time of year). The long term renters were very friendly, knowledgeable, and had no issue with my young child splashing around in the pool. We did use the laundry room several times and it was very easy to get to and navigate the machines. As far as the condo, we did find the downstairs to be very comfortable for family time. My father said the master bed was comfortable, but we found the ones in the double room not to be very comfortable. At night you can also hear some of the traffic with being on the main rd. The only other thing was the upstairs bathroom was a little dated, but still very usable. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

Lauren was a very accommodating host. We had a very special family gathering that couldn’t have been more magical. There were more amenities than mentioned and the garage was filled with everything we needed for time in the beach just steps out the back door. Everyone slept comfortably and we fixed meals every night in the large and open kitchen area. I highly recommend this home for a real beach house experience.

This was our second time staying at his beach house. It is in a perfect location, not many people on the beach which makes it so much more enjoyable and just a few steps from the patio to the sand which we absolutely love. The house has everything we needed. Nari is a great host who responds quickly and is very kind. The beds are comfortable and the lay out is nice. It was great waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean each morning. Thanks for a great stay Nari! We will be back!

Great stay at this Airbnb. Felt like home from home, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very much appreciated the free pizza voucher. The area is perfect, just a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

The condo is everything promised and more. This condo is the best by far of other condos that I have stayed at in this same complex. The owner is very responsive to any requests. The weather was a bit chilly for the first few weeks and the condo was warm and comfortable in the cold and cool in the heat. The hide a bed was very comfortable and easy to access. There is plenty of closet space. The entertainment center was very nice as was the electric fireplace that could provide heat or just ambiance. Everything that I needed was definitely within walking distance including the beach. I would not hesitate to book a stay again. Excellent feel like home condo.

The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

The Quaint & Quiet Beachside Retreat was incredible! The location was top notch - extremely walkable to the beach and to local restaurants, coffee shop, market, ice cream shop, park and more. The backyard is very spacious - only note that the pool is only accessible by ladder not stairs so to be mindful with elderly or less agile guests. But the pool was very clean and great temperature and very enjoyable! Zach was an excellent host and very responsive when we had questions! My family could not stop raving about how amazing this vacation was and we would stay here again!

Loved the backyard! It was so peaceful and relaxing. All the rooms had cute decor and there were lots of extras there to make the stay enjoyable. Plenty of fridges and lots of beach accessories.

Very nice home, beautiful well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the plentiful towels and great washer dryer. Loved the wine and beverage fridge. Home was well stocked with all the essentials. Very clean. Kids had a blast with the street fighter game. Nice pool and hot tub!

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. We had a great time at this Airbnb. It was big enough for our large group, kid friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back!
