Monthly Rentals in Medinyà

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was exactly as described – clean and cozy. The contact with the host Manel was warm and uncomplicated – you immediately felt welcome. We would come back for the next visit and can highly recommend the place!

Cake and a delicious surprise Lourdes provided for our reception in the fridge. The small house at the end of their garden is so cozy and tastefully furnished. Everything was very clean. We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Catalonia. The pool has been our rescue especially for the last few days😅. Lourdes is always available and there immediately if any questions arise. Otherwise, she pays great attention to the privacy of her guests. We were allowed to park our bikes safely in the yard. Even a washing machine is in the small house and the laundry dries super fast on the roof at the temperatures there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you also want to prepare something and the dishwasher was very time-saving for our vacation. Lourdes is really a super nice and concerned hostess.

The villa is even more stunning in person. Myself and my family had a fabulous time. Perfect for us all as every bedroom is complimented with an immaculate & modern en-suite. Every room in the house is beautifully designed. The garden and pool area is so picturesque! I will 100% be returning with my family. The owners are very responsive and supportive with any questions, they accommodated an early check in and late check out for us. A big thank you to Xevi & Mercè!

We had a great week at the house which was a 20 minute walk into town so easy access to shops and the train station which took us into Girona in less than 10 minutes. The house is charming, with lovely furnishings. A very comfortable place to spend time. Stephane and Mar are wonderful hosts and very kindly arranged a taxi for us to go out for dinner in a nearby restaurant. A lovely, tranquil spot surrounded by nature, and close proximity to all amenities.
