Vacation rentals with beach access in McGregor

Michael truly made my friend and I feel so welcome & it was truly a successful trip! He helped with recommendations of local activities, restaurants, as well as public transportation! I definitely plan on returning with my family this summer! Thank you, Michael!

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

The condo is beautiful! You have a very short walk to access to the public beach and a short drive to several great restaurants and bars.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

Craig and Emmy were super hosts. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Both were there at check in and available daily. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and was more than expected. Special requests were met with a smile and our hosts did everything to help us out. The space was super clean and updated. The outside areas, shrubs, flowers, patio and driveway areas were very well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful location and functional unit. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Great outside area. Bike or walk to beach. Laundromat was close. Parking great. Outdoor seating area for dinners was great. Andy was very prompt and helpful to us Would highly recommend

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the pool, the place was as described, and the beach items in the garage were an added bonus. No complaints at all.

Brads place was great! Two separate "Units" that had 2 King beds each. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook. Overall very satisfied with the home and pool. Very close to the beach and a short walk up to the resort portion of FMB.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

We could not have been happier with the property, location and amenities. Easy access. Great area to walk. Close to the beach and a short drive to places to eat. Can’t wait to go back.

Andrews’s home was beautiful and very well thought out! The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed! The pool and pool area were picture perfect! So many hours spent in the pool and hot tub! Andrew always answered any questions in 10 minutes or less. I would highly recommend Andrew’s home! You won’t regret checking it out! We will be back!

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our stay so perfect 😊

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Thank you again ! Overall a wonderful , relaxing , positive and slow paced week . Just as I hoped for and more . Still a lot of rebuilding after the 2022 severe hurricane that hit the area . This particular property had nice viewing of mangroves , iguanas , beautiful birds off the back screened sitting balcony. The condo was beautiful, clean and enough space for my husband and 2 of our 3 young adult girls that joined us . We enjoyed walking to the local farmers market , CVS, ice cream shop and boutique shops near by . We utilized Uber service to eat at restaurants further north of FMB and the trolley service { runs north / south } is a nice option as well . The early morning sunrise walks and gorgeous sunsets were the perfect anecdote for calm and relaxation . A nice break from the dreary winter weather we have up north during early spring . Maria was very responsive. I had small issue with shower drainage and Maria quickly resolved the issue. The place was clean and well equipped. Maria even had coffee delivered prior to my arrival and i enjoyed a delicious cup every morning on the balcony. Would recommend the apartment. Thank you Maria.

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!
