Our home on the canal is a very special place! We are on a quiet street, the neighbors are friendly, and the canal view will bring a peaceful calm to your soul. You are a short 20 min. drive south to Fort Myers Beach, among many other tourist attractions nearby, like the Edison and Ford Estates & Golf courses, 3 miles up McGregor. There is a Publix, Walgreens, a neighborhood Market 4 mins away, along with numerous restaurants. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your fun visit.

A modern villa is presented with a sleek facade, featuring a combination of white walls and dark garage doors. Lush green grass and a variety of plants frame the entrance, while a stone pathway leads to the front door under a clear blue sky.

Modern New-Build Luxury Villa!

This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

A spacious living area features a leather sofa with a wooden coffee table at its center. Large windows invite natural light, complemented by a ceiling fan above. To the rear, the open layout leads to a dining area and kitchen, enhancing the bright and airy atmosphere.
