main pros: right next to highway. well maintained property. hot running water,wifi, kitchen,etc.. everything is just like home. kayak, firepit , bbq. main con: not isolated enough, if you are looking for such isolation experience.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our barn loft stay. Beautiful, comfy space. Loved the critter cuddle time. Karen & Dan lovely hosts. Would return & highly recommend for a rural, laid-back stay.

We just got home from a wonderful week stay at Courtney’s place on MacGregor Bay. We can’t say enough great things about this place. Having a whole island to ourselves with a trail to hike, paddle boards to use, and all the amenities of home was exactly what we needed! The off grid living with a warm outdoor shower was a highlight…and the constant breeze off the bay will be missed! Our family of four all slept very comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised to find a blender and a salad spinner! 😉 We feel very lucky to have found this gem and hope to return again soon.
