Place was close to all the action with lots of walkable attractions. Home was cozy, well organized, with plenty of space. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extras. Laundry on site was a plus. Coffee bar was aces. Enjoyed the stay, would recommend to others.

Overall, the home is cozy and comfortable. The home has a nice dining room table to enjoy meals together. It is located in a vintage neighborhood, so originality is a key component of the home, so squeaky stairs and floors are to be expected. The hosts have updated and redone their home nicely maintaining much of the original structure. There is a nice sunroom to enjoy tea or coffee. Take note that there is no washer/dryer in the home and one bathroom with plenty of hot water. 😄 It is walkable to the Rainbow Bridge to Canada and Niagara Falls. One can just drive to Niagara Park, pay $15 to park for the day, and walk to both sides of the falls. Pedestrian crossing to Canada was much quicker than driving your car. Brandi was very responsive host to all my questions and provided ample information for our stay. Pleasant stay!!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Mark was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home, explaining where everything was. It is always stressful traveling with very young children, but the home had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I can't recommend this home enough!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! It was so close to the Falls and everything else you’d want to do in the Niagara Falls area. The house is charming, clean, and perfect for a getaway. We loved the Sonos speakers throughout the home. It was so nice to listen to music as we get ready for the day. We look forward to staying again in the summer.

This home was lovely! We had a wonderful time here. It’s very close to all the great things to do at Niagara Falls. It was cold, snowy & rainy when we were there so we didn’t walk down the falls; however, everything was a quick 3-5min drive. It was a perfect location. Peter also provided breakfast each morning which was delicious! Fresh fruits, juice, pancakes, French toast and bagel sandwiches! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Linda was kind, accommodating, and communicated clearly. She was very friendly in message communications. Sunrise property was a perfect, cozy space for our travel needs (our trip needs being: 1 night, 4 people, close to the falls, not a hotel, reasonably priced). Extremely clean. We enjoyed our time there utilizing the entire unit and parking available.

Really nice, clean, and new place very near the falls. Even though it was cold, we were able to walk to Horseshoe Falls and down to see the fireworks and to many nearby restaurants. Location was perfect. Off-street parking was nice to have. The house was spacious yet cozy. Very comfortable.
