Great Place, Lots of Room & Close to the Falls!

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.

We had a great stay at Huaying serene farm. Everything was exactly as described, clean and comfortable rooms and and the breakfast was delicious! I will highly recommend to do the wine testing as well her Chardonnay is world renowned and she gave us discount on the wine tasting. Thank you Huaying for your hospitality we hope to be back soon!

Esther went above and beyond to make our stay in NOTL a memorable one. We stayed one night for my partners birthday and slept very well. All furniture was clean and comfortable. The private apartment was very spacious and all the amenities you’d need to feel at home. Breakfast was very delicious. We had the fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, toast and last but definitely not least, banana bread! Esther was very easy to talk to and let us know about everything going on in town! I would highly recommend staying with Esther if you’re in the area.

Amazing experience my kids love it. So much space and great value. Comfortable and big couch. Comfy beds. Great work station. Big kitchen with all amenities. Loved the fridge came with ice. Lots of waters. Most places give you two or 3 Samantha gave at least 8-10. Very quiet and accessible for me to get on highway. Highly recommended and I am thankful for the stay and Samantha being a great host.

Winnie’s was a low cost, very clean and comfortable 2 night stay for a Bruce Trail hiking event. The room was large. The mattress was awesome and the mini fridge held my hiking snacks. I never met my host. I arrived late and left at 615 each morning but they responded immediately to messages and the checkin could not have been easier. Great location that is walkable to the usual tourist sites. I appreciate the parking

Bonnybank is a lovely place to stay. The property is beautiful and you're right next to the owl reserve so you might get to see some owls which is a nice plus. Carla is a great host. She is very hospitable and friendly. She sent us a great list of activities in the area and also took us next door to pick some free peaches.

Tony, Bonnie, Duke and Apollo and lovely, friendly hosts. The house, and our room were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The bed and pillows - SO comfy. The gas fireplace is a nice bonus and welcome on the cold rainy evening we were there. Breakfast was delicious. The location is fantastic, walkable to the historic downtown and so easy to find. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful B&B. The room we stayed in (the principal) was stunning. Breakfast was delicious and very creatively presented. Very close walking distance to shops and restaurants but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Another plus was keyless check in so we could arrive later than the checkin time. Highly recommend.

Sera listing was a perfect spot for our Niagara on the lake stay. It was a great location walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. Many amazing wineries just a short drive away. Sera’s place was spotless and the continental breakfast was a great added touch to our stay. Check in instructions were very easy to follow and sera was a very responsive host. Sera provided a print out guide to NOLT with helpful recommendations that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Niagara Falls, enhanced by the wonderful accommodations of Diana’s home. She and her staff of family and friends were incredibly responsive. They attended to everything, nothing was overlooked. The home was recently beautifully remodeled. Our room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the mini fridge was nicely stocked. Each evening we made our selections for breakfast and in the morning we were offered more than expected. We were pampered like celebrities. We hugged like family when we left. We were sad to leave, but we knew we’d see them again the next time we’re in Niagara Falls. We are happy to give Diana our highest rating.

We had such a great experience. The house is beautiful, inside and out. Amazing gardens surround the pool (which was always at the perfect temperature) and the steam shower was a great way to finish a day of being out and about. The location is centrally located to whatever you want to do (restaurants, wineries, hiking, sight seeing etc). Brian and Jan truly try to meet all your needs, going above and beyond what you typically might expect from a B&B. They have thought of every small detail. And of course, the breakfasts - all homemade - were amazing and something we looked forward to each morning. We are already talking of when we can return!
