Monthly Rentals in Maysville

We loved our stay here! We had a group of ten and the main house + attached cottage had plenty of space for everyone. We cooked meals in the very well stocked kitchen - plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The main house has two water heaters meaning that we never ran out of hot water for showers. Our one complaint was that all of the bathrooms were through the bedrooms - there’s no toilet attached to the common area. The area is beautiful, with a view of the mountain. We saw deer in the backyard one morning. There’s no cell service, but the provided WiFi was plenty fast even with ten people’s devices connected to it. About ~20 minutes to the town of Salida. Pinon Vacation was very responsive to texts and check-in was very easy.

AMAZING VIEWS! The sunrises and sunsets were just amazing at Stephanie's place in Salida.... I've stayed at many "one-person" AirBNB setups, this was as good as it gets! Just a really nice little place, but enough space to set up my computer, have my little kitchen nook, and then the porch outside is INCREDIBLE, huge amount of space, was able to do yoga out there and enjoy the great views and mountain air! It's also walkable to anywhere... I enjoyed walking down to the "duck pond" (Sands) by the Arkansas river, another beautiful place to be anytime of day, but particularly at sunrise/sunset, and while Salida is small, there are some great shops downtown to explore! All in all highly recommend and hope to stay again... Stephanie is a very responsive host, and actually replaced the coffee table on the deck while I was there with a newer version, which was a great sign as to how she keeps the place up to date! 10 stars out of 5!

This home has the most exquisite view I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing! We had the thrill of experiencing blizzard-like conditions that whited out the mountains, as well as pristine weather where we could see for miles, all which could be seen through the beautiful large windows on 3 sides of the house. It was also very easy to drive to/from the home, even in the heavy winter conditions. The house was always a comfortable temperature and even during the storms, the Wi-Fi connection was fantastic. Monarch Mountain was excellent for skiing and Salida has some delightful shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed walks through the snow covered paths around the house, stunning views! Vivian was a good communicator and helped to make an issue we had right. This was truly one of our favorite Airbnbs we have stayed at.
