WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

A very nice and cozy place to stay in an amazing landscape in the middle of the mountains. The place has everything you need. The location is at the top of a slope, with wonderful views. You are also right on the edge of the forest and can enjoy nature. Very nice terrace with a view. The box spring bed is incredibly soft and cozy. It was a very great stay! Thank you. 😊

Fantastic, warm and perfectly furnished apartment. Thought of everything. Everything you need is available and more. The balcony and views are breathtakingly beautiful and large! The parking space in the underground garage is extremely convenient. Silence that is "disturbed" by cowbells and birdsong. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. **Great apartment in a fantastic location – highly recommended!** Check-in was completely straightforward, just like check-out – super relaxed! The apartment itself is beautiful, high quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail. In terms of space, it is very spacious, so you immediately feel comfortable. A small note for the journey: The last 3 km from Stumm are a steep and partly narrow mountain road (about 500 meters in altitude). With good brakes, however, this is not a problem, and the effort is definitely worth it! The apartment was sparkling clean, the bed very comfortable, and WiFi was also available – everything perfect for a relaxing stay. Conclusion: Absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a stylish place to stay in a quiet, picturesque location! We would come back anytime. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

There were two of us (mother and daughter) and our dog there on vacation and were completely satisfied! Check-in was easy and smooth and the apartment is cozy and clean. The surroundings were also great, as there are beautiful walking paths along the river, good restaurants and the Kundler Klamm is within walking distance! By car, lakes and mountain stations can also be reached within 30 minutes. We had a lovely holiday and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

A nice and quiet place to stay with full facilities. Absolutely necessary to have a car in the summer as there is no supermarket and restaurant nearby.

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located right next to the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to downtown. If you come by public transport, we recommend the bus line W, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The surroundings view from the house was fantastic. The amenities also were great and Marlies was responsive and friendly (we met her while walking around the neighbourhood).

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, that was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and straightforward. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily use are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
