Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean, and everything that required was provided. It was in a park setting, which suited us just fine.

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

Tina was very responsive to our requests and messages. We were specifically looking for a place with a hot tub that was quite and private. The hot tub was good and clean. The house was clean and stocked for what we needed. The only constructive criticism I would offer is blackout curtains for the bedroom as the Wife likes to sleep in and it was difficult for her since the sun shines right in the bedroom at sunrise. It was fine for me as I am an early riser, but a curtain would be helpful to give the option for the weary traveler. I would also recommend a small step for entry and exit of the hot tub. Thankfully my legs are long enough I was able to get in and out, but it was a little challenging for my wife. Tina was very thoughtful with her suggestions of what to do locally and was quick with responses to any of my messages. We really enjoyed the place and if we are ever back in that part of the state we would absolutely rent this place again!

Super kind host. Very reachable. Jump on I-75 in a breeze and be anywhere fast. Clean & Spacious 1-bedroom was perfect for me. Thanks for hosting !

Great location!! Beds were great. Could use some updating. House was clean. Definitely when staying here you have to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We got there and used bathroom twice and had no toilet paper. Air conditioning works well. Lots of extra bedding and towels. We will definitely book agian. Also we really enjoyed the pool.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

We had the BEST week at this cottage. The owners were very gracious, and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely look into the cottage for our next stay!! Boca is still very much recovering from the hurricane, but overall I was extremely impressed with how well the island looks.

We loved our stay here. Guido and Monica were great hosts, and are very responsive. The house is in a great spot, very close to the beach and causeway. Very clean and everything you could need was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Charles was a great host! He gave us great instructions. He recommended plenty of restaurants along with activities for us to do. His place was absolutely beautiful inside. It reminded me of camping trips we've had. My son had a good time catching catfish from the backyard. The house was very clean. He provided condiments and spices. He had everything well stocked. I'd love to stay here again and I highly recommend Charles's place.

Beautiful Place to relax. Watch the sunrise in the back and easy walk to watch the Sunset in the evening.

This was our first time staying in a rental. The experience was amazing and easy. I will definitely stay in this home during our next visit to the Island.

Deja Blue was just what we were looking for. Small and quaint. We spend most of our time out and about enjoying the beach, local restaurants and boating. Everything was too our liking and if visiting again would stay again. Thanks for making our mini vacation enjoyable.

We had a great stay. The cottage was very clean. The location was convenient to activities. Vita was always quick to respond and helpful . We would definitely stay again.

Cute cottage with nice decorations and convenient short walk to a local restaurant pub and fish market just down the road. The neighborhood has a quaint old fishing village vibe. Place seemed clean and had comfortable furnishings. Darlene was responsive when we had questions. This was a short weekend getaway for us to an area we had never been. It was fun. (We are new to renting AIR BNB so the one thing we just wondered about is does every host charge a significant cleaning fee and then still expect guests to take bed apart, take out trash and take can to curb etc.?)

We stayed in units 1&2 which have a nice covered parking area, gorgeous views of the sunset, and local osprey that like the palm trees in the backyard. Consider getting both units for longer stays. Definitely go to Perfect Cup for breakfast. It’s within walking distance. Traffic can make it a challenge to back out of the driveway due to visibility. We had one person stop oncoming traffic to safely exit the driveway and that worked well. Lisa was such a wonderful host; thank you Lisa!

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.
