Great mountain house! House was clean and had everything we needed. The host sent us local recommendations and checkin/out was easy!

We were lucky to get the House in Luray after someone else canceled last minute. The location is great and the house is comfortable and well-appointed. We loved the porch and the lawn where we could relax and watch our kids play. Positives: location! It’s really walkable for downtown. Price was great, Dawn was helpful and left lots of great info. Expectations were clear and we had no trouble finding things or settling in. The house was tidy, had plenty of necessities, and we had a great visit. Drawbacks: The house was a bit dusty when we arrived. We had to do a quick once-over with the dry swiffer provided to pick up dust on the floors. Information about how to recycle was missing (which bin was which, etc). But other than that, the house was great! We especially liked walking into Luray. The beds were comfortable, and we felt comfortable and could easily rest here after our days hiking in Shenandoah National Park. Thank you, Dawn!

Great airbnb! Had so many amenities especially in the kitchen and bathrooms! Only unfortunate thing was that the neighboring farm has just manured its fields and the smell was extremely overpowering. The host warned us of this the day of checkin and I’m sure there’s no way of knowing this would be the case beforehand but it was just an unfortunate situation especially since the hottub was the main draw for us. Otherwise it was a great experience and the hosts were very communicative with local recommendations and clear instructions! Would come again but maybe not in manure season ;)

Our kids had such a wonderful time! Between the game room, the hot tub, the fire pit and the huge field, they always had something to do. Our favorite part was the sunrise view from the bedrooms. Stunning!

Overall was a great location to anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors since the National Forest was nearby with gorgeous views! Or even enjoy all that the resort area offered! House was clean and the host was always made sure to get back to us about any questions that may have come up. Our kids loved that there was a game area as well that they could watch tv or game without having to give up the TV for the adults to watch TV.

My family and I very much enjoyed our weekend stay at the Cypress House. It is conveniently located just a half hour from Harrisonburg and James Madison University, its close to the Massanutten resort area, and close to the Luray caverns. Pet friendly was a plus for us and there is a large yard for you and the pet to enjoy. The house itself is charming with hardwood floors throughout. Main bathroom with tub and shower is located on the second floor. The kitchen has modern appliances and has a Keurig to use as well. Parking for about 3 or 4 cars should you need it. Host was very communicative and the overall process was very smooth. I would definitely look to stay here again, especially if I were looking to take advantage of all of the outdoor offerings in the area. Also a great option for JMU families during those busy weekends!

We couldn’t have designed a better stay. Perfect location. Immaculate. Stocked with everything (including the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen at an Airbnb). Just an all around delight. Would definitely book again.

This was the second time we have stayed her, and hopefully, won’t be the last.

It was great! I didn’t realize just how close it is to the slopes. We just walked straight to the resort. The people at the resort were nice and the random people we met. It’s a great spot to stay.

Perfect location for the slopes. Ok, you don’t get the view of them from the condo but the ground/first floor location is so worth it!

We were here for a brief weekend getaway to go snowboarding with the family. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was ski in/out with only a 5-6 minute walk to the bunny slope and lifts. The bed was very comfortable.

The owners of this fine property, have gone the extra mile, to provide an above and beyond resort experience. The ideal location, abundance of amenities and. extras. depending on the season that you choose, this a place you could call home. Waiting for your vacation memories, this chalet is cozy, comfortable, and the perfect mental floss.

Check in was easy and fast, no issues. The unit was nice and cozy, adequate towels, kitchen, everything. Parking was super easy with lot right off the entrance. Location is right off the ski slopes and walking distance to the lodge and restaurant. Alesia reached out before check in to make sure we knew what to do and we're good to go. No complaints, great experience!

I have stayed at quite a few Airbnbs and this was by far the cleanest. Lourdes was great and super helpful. This was a nice location so close to the resort and walking distance to the beautiful lake which has a nice quick trail around it. Also close to lots of other hikes! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely place, nice stay!

This location was fantastic, plenty of room and things to do. Very peaceful. The host had clear directions on how to make this stay as smooth as possible, and was very communicative ! My friends and I had a fantastic time and are looking forward to revisiting sometime in the near future. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time! Brenda thought of everything and made our visit so enjoyable -- from a beautiful table setup, to fun play areas, to a thoughtful welcome basket full of goodies. The kids LOVED all of the fun activities outside and playing upstairs with the toys. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway with young kids!

Susan’s place was full of thoughtful touches like wireless phone chargers, a basket of various charging cables and even some Easter treats and a smores “kit” to use at the fire pit. Perfectly situated for a visit to Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park. Great hot showers, fluffy towels and comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor deck area for outside dining, with gas grill were appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had such relaxing stay! Our golden retriever and bloodhound LOVED playing in the yard. Close to a small town with some good restaurants. Easy drive to Shenandoah NP. Space was so clean you would have never guessed that this place has dogs coming in and out of it. Would definitely come back!!

Our little family had a wonderful weekend at the cabin! Bobby was more than accommodating with us having to change plans after we initially booked. The cabin itself was comfortable and secluded. Our kiddos loved making a fire in the evenings and us parents enjoyed the hot tub during their naps. Bobby was very responsive and everything was just as described. We enjoyed some of the local civil war sights and Luray cavern! We would love to come back one day!

We had the most wonderful weekend at Michael’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, I could tell how much care and thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with such thoughtful toiletries - a nice touch that made us feel right at home. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept well each night. The cabin’s modern decor is beautiful and really elevated the whole experience - it felt cozy yet stylish. The location is beautiful: quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape, and we loved waking up to the sounds of birds and fresh air. Michael was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and friendly in his communication. We really appreciated the detailed online guide he provided for the cabin and the local area - it made everything so easy, from check-in to finding great spots nearby. The cabin is beautiful and had plenty of room for us (6 adults, 3 kids & 1 infant). Everything was exactly how it is pictured! The hosts couldn’t have been nicer & were very accommodating. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to see including Luray Caverns & hiking Shenandoah National Park. Our family vacation was perfect and we look forward to staying there again in the future!
