The Gardener’s Cottage is a short drive away from I-64, UVA grounds, Scott Stadium, the downtown mall, and Wegmans. It is located in the Fry’s Springs Historic District. There are several restaurants on JPA within a reasonable walking distance. It is surrounded by flowers that attract hummingbirds, gold finches, and butterflies. The front porch has Adirondack chairs perfect for lazy evenings and morning coffee. The back yard has a small deck under oak trees and a patio next to a fern garden.

The first floor contains a beautiful kitchen, dining area, full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, and cozy living room with a wood burning fire place. The second level holds the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a half bathroom. There are two porches where guests can relax with their morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the wooded and mountain views.

A cozy Milton Grigg designed cottage and detached carriage house three minutes walk to the Lawn and ten minutes walk to the Stadium. Nestled in a wooded neighborhood. Perfect for visiting parents, UVA chapel weddings, med student rotations, and football games. NOTE: The cottage sleeps five adults and the carriage house two adults.
