Aaron's place was amazing! I would stay here again and recommend Aaron's place to anyone traveling to the area. The beds were super comfortable and the living room area was perfect for handing out with friends. The location is super close to everything!

Corinne’s place is amazing. My fiancée and I enjoyed our Spring break there. The cabin is beautiful and well-equipped, we had everything we needed. Corinne and Jesse respond fast and always in a good mood. They left a pumpkin bread and a local cider in the cabin for the guests to enjoy! Also, they sent us a list of nice hiking trails, markets, wineries and breweries in the area, which was super useful. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We spent a few days after Christmas with our extended family here, 7 total people. Lots of space to spread out and it never felt crowded. Three full bathrooms was great. The walk down to the river is steep, both down and up, and might be tough for some people as well as many steps within the house. This was not an issue for us at all, but wanted to make others aware. We had a great time at the property and local breweries. Don’t miss the meadery that does honey flights! Mary Stuart was awesome to plan with- most helpful host ever. Thanks for these special Christmas memories! Only thing missing was snow.

I cannot count how many times we’ve stayed at Montfair. Heck, my wife and I got married there in July of 23! This is our home away from home which is a short ride from Richmond, yet worlds away. Thank you again for hosting us. We had an excellent end to Spring break at Loblolly. Until next time.

My family enjoyed staying here for a fun weekend in Charlottesville. It was a quick, easy drive to Charlottesville and other local attractions. We traveled with our 8 month old baby and our in-laws and everyone felt right at home! The sun room was a perfect spot for family time. The hosts were mindful about having plenty of toiletries and snacks for guests. We definitely recommend staying here!

Breanna and her husband were very friendly and easy to get a hold of. The place was out of a fairytale and couldn’t have been cozier. My boys loved the bedroom loft and we enjoyed all of the windows in the bedroom. It felt like sleeping in the woods without sleeping in the woods! Afton is beautiful and full of wineries and breweries that suit both kids and adults.

Had a great time at the cottage. Location was perfect! I would definitely come back.

Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of coffee, comfy bed, nice big yard, private. Didn’t expect stairs to second floor BUT I didn’t read all details carefully. Super convenient to Rt 29. Traffic noise but steady: no truck air brakes or revving engines. Dr Ho had great variety for dinners, not just pizza. Great views of surrounding hills. We’d stay again!

My family loved staying at Kathleen’s place! The cottage is even better than the photos depict. We loved the artwork and furnishings. There were fun little touches in every room. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with some surprise treats - even coffee, tea and creamers and the back patio was lovely. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and we could walk to visit our family. UVA campus and attractions are just a short drive. We highly recommend Kathleen’s home in Charlottesville.
