Beautiful cabin -13 acre wooded hillside along Rockfish River. Home provides a wonderful blend of modern comfort (high speed internet, updated kitchen) in a rustic exposed post and beam cabin; 3 floors of living spaces allow options for gathering, working, playing together but also apart. Sliding glass doors lead to a large wrap around porch with gas grill, dining table, plenty of seating and a tree level view of the natural setting and wildlife. So much to explore on the property and nearby!

Modern Nellysford Getaway on 40 Private Acres!

Beautiful location. Very private and secluded on top of a ridge with drive to river access at the bottom of a very steep hill. Very easy to get to restaurants, hiking trails and breweries from the home within 10-15 minutes. Good cell service, kitchen with amenities, well appointed windows to enjoy the view. Fire Pit is a plus. Bedroom #3 is twin bunk beds and very tight quarters but otherwise other 2 bedrooms and baths are very comfortable and located upstairs. Great for a family get away and to unwind. We saw lots of deers on the property and enjoyed our solitude.

A group of us stayed here for the weekend while we went to a women’s conference in Charlottesville. It was a great location for us and felt so peaceful when we were here. The big kitchen and spaces for us to gather together to eat or hang out were perfect and there was plenty of room to get alone. The beds were clean and comfy and everything was as described. We appreciated the flexible check in and check out times very much as well. We definitely hope to stay here again in the fall.
