Lake Stevens North Cove Beach House

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Our beautiful home features a backyard oasis with a pool—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a modern design with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a seamless stay. Conveniently located near local attractions, dining, and shopping, it offers both comfort and accessibility. The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year. The hot tub is fully heated between 6pm - 6am.

Cozy one-bedroom house conveniently located near downtown Everett. Easy walk to restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, the Children’s Museum, and Angels of the Wind Arena. 100-year-old cottage with modern decors. We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.
