Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Located 5 minutes from the center of Périgueux and 10 minutes from the motorway, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting while being right on the doorstep of Périgueux. Its central location offers a wide range of excursions and sightseeing opportunities. A Greenup socket (3 kWh) and a Type 2 cable with a charging meter are provided. Electricity is charged at €0.30/kWh.

Independent studio

The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

3-Bedroom House in Périgord

We make our family home available for your vacation or stay in the Périgord "urban countryside", 10 minutes by car from Périgueux. It is very functional, a short drive from the river, the forest and a bike lane (greenway). The neighborhood is quiet and discreet. We have to tell you that our cat will be there, we can't take him with us on a journey. It's not cumbersome, it will only ask you for a few croquettes and it sleeps outside.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
