This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

We just spent a week in this pretty semi-detached house, certainly not overlooked, well-insulated house. A very spacious house, tastefully decorated. Absolutely everything is new. Three large bedrooms with good quality bedding and very well protected bedding. Abundant storage (closet in every room in the house). Our children loved the pool, the parents too but it was missing a few degrees in view of the cool nights. Air conditioning is also a plus for this listing. We only used it for a few hours because honestly the house held the coolness very well (knowing that it was over 30° all week). Pleasant surprise also to see in the kitchen: salt, peppers, spices, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. Quantity of bath towels, no complaints, perfect. In short, I don't have much room to thank Alain for his very warm welcome, he won't hesitate to share with you the wonders to visit in his beautiful region which he speaks about with heart.

Thank you so much for a great stay! The house is really charming, very well furnished, clean and comfortable. The natural setting is simply idyllic. Nothing is missing, everything is designed to make you feel good. Special mention for the delicate attention to our child at Easter — it really touched us. The bedding is also very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. A rental you won't want to miss, we recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We had a pleasant stay in this quiet and tastefully decorated accommodation. Every detail was thought out with care, and it was impeccably clean. In addition, the host was extremely friendly, always available to give us valuable tips on the area. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings, with many tours nearby. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

A pleasant village (Limogne) 5 minutes away for shopping and a great starting point for all walks and visits all around. Very beautiful area, peaceful and rich in discoveries. Great place, great location. Would recommend to others. A group of my friends stayed here for my wedding and had a lovely time. There was a small issue with them leaving without fully disposing of all their left over food in the fridges and putting out the bins (because they had a 7am flight and small children with them so didn’t do as thorough a clean as they should have) but Nathalie helped resolve this, and we paid extra for the extra bit of cleaning involved.

Great for a 4-day stay! We stayed there as a group of 4 with two children, everything necessary is available. The pool and location are great! Pascal is very helpful and friendly, who found us candles for our son's 4th birthday! I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, very peaceful and wonderful views! The swimming pool was heated and we really needed it as it was very hot! The home is very well furnished with everything you could want! 15 mins walk to the village which again had everything you need - mini supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, Boulangerie and there is a market on Sunday morning. The house was spotless and well looked after. We highly recommend the villa. Sam was always responsive - we could not fault it! Thank you Sam

We had a great time at Jean-Marc and Valerie's house. The property is very nice for 6, large quiet and has an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is great, there's no shortage of exteriors for breakfasts, lunch, or dinner. the house is well equipped... in short a great stay, we'll be happy to come back!

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

Stunning luxury Manor House, heated private pool.

Firstly the hosts were responsive from the moment we booked to right through to check out. It helps they live on-site so when we had questions/issued Tas was with us instantly. The house has an incredible wow factor, and the heated pool and outside setting was to die for. Perfect for a general pool party / bbq party. What we especially liked as 3 couples with babies and toddlers, Tas has a “just like home approach” meaning we were not at all worried about the kids. The house is well equipped and had 3 high chairs and cots (with matresses). The bedrooms are wonderful and beds very comfortable, for an old house even the shower pressure was good. This region is rural so with water nearby do expect the usual flies/bugs/mozzie. That said, I was not biten all week and there were ample citronella aids (raid) left in kitchen for us along with a welcome hamper. Hosts are English and cater for a UK audience very well. Noise was never a problem and we felt at ease al week.

We had a lovely stay . The apartment is very clean and nice ,very well equipped. We didn't run out of anything. The rooms are spacious. It feels good . It is well located close to Sarlat while being in a quiet area . The terrace is very nice to eat . There is a private parking space in the gated residence which is a real plus in this area. There is a swimming pool in the residence it was closed at this time but must be pleasant. We really recommend this accommodation. You can go with your eyes closed . In addition, we'll save the contact details for the next time.

Spacious, bright and very quiet apartment on the second floor of a secure residence with private parking. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation near a lake and its park. Peaceful environment near a supermarket and a few kilometers from the center of Bergerac. Perfect for relaxing and discovering the region. We recommend it and would be happy to go back...
