House vacation rentals in Marlborough

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

We stayed for a graduation for our son and the house comfortable accommodated our entire family including parents/ in-laws. There was a creek in the back, pool, Firepit. We had fun playing pool (billiards) and darts. Nice Kitchen with new appliances. The 3 bedrooms are nice in size and we never felt cramped accommodating us all. The host communicated very quickly and was sooo nice. We unfortunately won’t be in Boston in near future however if we did and needed the space we would book again.

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

What a GEM of a place!!!! Book this house you will not regret it for a second!!!! First the house is so spacious and easily fit our two families on our weekend getaway and it was perfect!! The fish pond was perfect for our kids entertainment they stayed down there for hours fishing, we did have one rainy day and still managed to get some playing on the porch inbetween the rain storms. Porch is huge with a beautiful table for eating outside. I loved the entertainment room in the lower level we were still able to play games and the husbands played pool, they have a great restaurant style booth seating down there which is perfect for kiddos to eat or do crafts! Absolutely loved the layout of this home. Every room was big with big closets too! Easily could’ve fit a pack n play in each one. This house was built to perfection and to house some amazing memories and that’s just what we got some beautiful memories and a weekend of fun!!! Absolutely will be back!!! Great hosts!!!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

We had a great stay. This home has all the comforts of home and is conveniently located. The host is wonderful and gracious and communicates back almost instantly with answers to questions. The shower was fantastic and the espresso maker and pods were better than ours at home. Linens and everything about this home feels upscale and luxurious. There's a little traffic noise during the day but the high quality windows keep it pretty quiet and it's quiet at night. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby and easy easy to get everywhere. So green and pretty too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

There are not very many AirBandB type places in Wayland, we wanted to stay near family and not have to stay in a hotel. as noted by others, the driveway is short and steep, so have a good parking brake. And the house is close to the road, so in warm weather with windows open there is a lot of traffic noise. The house itself is great. Well appointed with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths for a larger group. Excellent kitchen with a lot of space and the expected appliances. The Keurig machine was appreciated, and the pods that were provided. Nice picnic patio on side of house. We didn't realize the house was divided into 2 rentals (probably our fault for not reading closely), and there were other guests there the whole time, but we never heard any noise; we weren't actually at the house much except to sleep. Great option for the Wayland area!!

We had a great stay. It really is minutes away from hiking trails, as well as some restaurants. It was exactly what our large group needed. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and ate and played board games at the large dining table. The living room area was comfy and large enough for our group to all hang out in. The place was clean and as pictured in the listing. Kathleen was also very responsive to a few questions I had while there. I'd be happy to return.

I booked the lakehouse for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was the perfect and relaxing celebration which was what we needed. The lakehouse was so beautiful, so quiet, peaceful, cozy and so relaxing. We just felt right at home. The instant we walked in and saw the view of the lake from the kitchen and living room we felt so relaxed right away. The home had everything you needed and was great place to unwind and relax. It was so clean, pristine and had all the necessities you needed. The home was decorated nicely showing their travels which we loved. The beds were so cozy, nice and comfortable, it felt like it hugged you. They had an office room that had a bed which was perfect for me to work from. We loved the lakehouse so much that we were sad to leave. But we will definitely be back. Haley was great, no wonder she is a superhost. She was so accommodating, responsive and so friendly. Thank you Haley for a great stay. We can’t wait to come back again.

If you like spacious, spotless, quiet, and comfortable homes that are stocked with all the essentials and situated in a great location, then you'll love staying at this Airbnb. It was a bit too much space for my needs and preferences as I was traveling solo, and I don't need a formal dining room or two living rooms, but the location and comfort level couldn't be beat. The hosts are very responsive. Do make sure you ask them about the heat controls, I never could figure out how to maintain the right temperature for long, but my visit was pretty short and I managed just fine. Pro tip: Don't miss a chance to sample the savory turkey pot pies and many varieties of sweet pies at nearby Out Post Farm.

We were staying in the area for a wedding and Michael’s house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to relax.

Everything went so smoothly from booking the reservation to check-in and check-out. The home had everything we needed. It was very clean. We loved the burrito restaurant and the coffee shop that we could walk to as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Yaw's place was great. Amazing views and property is maintained very well. Yaw is very responsive and helpful!

Great quiet spot in a residential neighborhood. Was nice there was creamer for the coffee maker supplied. Very clean bedding and facilities.

Hands down the best Airbnb in Mass. walls are clean, no luggage scrapes along the walls. The floors are clean and spotless. The place matches the pictures, there’s no false postings of this home. The hosts are amazing and anytime I’m in MA, I’ll always look for Celia first to avoid bad experiences.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. There are huge umbrellas in the yard that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. The whole home was immaculate! Plenty of space and stocked for all your needs there even are a few games, I haven’t played dominoes in years! We will definitely be back!

We had a group of four girlfriends coming to town for an anniversary party and the four of us stayed at Anne and Giovanni's place. It was easy to find, right off the main road, and check in was very easy. There are three real bedrooms with a queen each, the fourth bedroom is an attic/playroom with a bunk bed, so our fourth person elected to sleep on the fold out couch downstairs, which was very comfortable. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, which was plenty for our four adults. We had a full day of rain which turned out great b/c we sat in the screened in porch all day and caught up and watched the rain on the lake. We had everything we needed and the house was a lovely place to spend a long weekend together! Check out was very easy and our hosts were communicative throughout. We would stay there again!

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

Gary’s home is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the covered porch and Adirondack chairs that overlooked the water. The house was spotless both inside and out! The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you will need to prepare a meal. Thank you for sharing your home Gary!
