James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

I would like to thank Natalie for hosting my sisters and I weekend getaway for her bachelorette party! The house was perfect in every way and absolutely beautiful! Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and I was looking for a place that had outdoor space to enjoy and this house did not disappoint. Everything was spectacular! It was lovely to have the pool, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and wine at night surrounded by peaceful lighting. The kitchen is beautiful (exactly) like the pictures and so many extras. The host who lives downstairs was very helpful and thoughtful. We appreciated all the special touches and look forward to finding a reason to return.

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean. The Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The place was nicely decorated. There was lots to do, down by the lake, kids enjoyed canoeing and swimming. We had our own private beach and it was well kept. Even after a long day, being able to walk down to the lake to unwind from the day was a tremendous blessing.

Beautiful lakefront home. Perfect for a weekend getaway to celebrate our son’s birthday. The home was clean and cozy with views of the sunset every evening. Our kids really enjoyed fishing from the dock and from the kayaks that were provided for guest use. Thank you for sharing your home!

Nadia was communicative and the entire process was smooth and seamless. Her place was as described and shown in the photos and very clean upon arrival. There is a great little pond with a beach a short walk from the house and a firepit and seating in the large grassy backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There was a small fridge with beverages and cold beers, which was great to have...we also left a few beverages there for the next guests. This house worked great for a party of six adults. If you are a family traveling with kids, it's even better since the basement is perfect for little ones!

We had the most unforgettable stay at the beautiful Pearl Cottage! Adrianna and Tara were incredibly accommodating and communicative from the start, making us feel completely at ease and welcomed. The home itself was spotless, peaceful, and filled with romantic touches that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. But what truly made our stay extra special were the breathtaking views—absolutely stunning and the perfect setting for a life-changing moment: we got engaged during our trip! It couldn't have been a more magical backdrop for such an important memory. We’re already looking forward to coming back for future anniversaries and reliving the joy we experienced here. Victoria was a fantastic host from beginning to end. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. The cottage was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and cozy. We would 100% come back, and will be recommending!

We stayed here for our mini moon after getting married in Boston just hours prior to arriving! We truly couldn’t have picked a more magical spot. As frequent Gloucester visitors, we already loved Rocky Neck, but this home exceeded every expectation. We walked in, me still in my wedding gown, and audibly gasped at the sunset view from the private deck and dock. Allie was a fantastic host: super responsive and kind. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of natural light with skylights and windows. We loved the guest house (perfect for my MOH), the indoor & outdoor showers, and peaceful, private location. We dined at 51 Rocky Neck, Minglewood, The Lobster and the Ice Cream Gallery. It’s felt like a world away without leaving MA. No beach crowds, no stress- just a serene escape that let us breathe from life’s stresses and soak in the first few days as newlyweds! We will never forget this stay and couldn’t recommend it more. We hope to be back for our anniversaries! ☀️😊

Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home for your next vacation. From communication to cleanliness and comfort, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. We have never stayed at an AirBnb that had everything we needed: - Extra towels - Fully and I mean fully equipped kitchen - washer/dryer w detergent & fabric sheets - forgot shampoo, toothpaste or Q-tips? No need to run out to the store, they have you covered! - multiple pillows so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with - water views with ducks! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely deck due to the weather but we enjoyed the views everyday! There was honestly nothing missing. Lindsey and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t skimp on quality. No stained, rough towels or sheets, no rusty cookware. They even had a popcorn maker, food processor, food scale, and multiple coffee makers. Thank you, Lindsay and Patrick for a stress free vacation!

We had a great stay in this beautiful retreat in the woods in beautiful Holliston. We were 4 adults and 1 teenager and there was plenty of space. The home was furnished with comfortable furniture, there was a lovely patio and lawn area with a very functional gas grill. All shops are nearby and we had a blast at a nearby pub filled with sports memorabilia (we were going to a Red Sox game). The home was spotless with anything you could possibly need-including a small cooler for a pic ice. Communicating was almost instantaneous with the hosts. We highly recommend this home for a stay.

What an amazing stay. The house is right on a peaceful pond and our kids had the best time exploring every day by canoe. We saw foxes, beavers, tons of birds, and ended each day with s’mores by the fire. Total magic! The house itself was super comfortable and had everything we needed. And the full-size arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Andre's place was a great experience and getaway for my family. Plenty of space, easy access to the Cape areas and Boston, and super relaxing!

I stayed at this gorgeous house for 4 nights. First off the price per night seems expensive but is comparable to local hotels and so given everything it has to offer was definitely worth it. She even gave us a lengthy booking discount. The location is perfect. Surrounded by trees and lovely ocean breeze. The view is stunning. There is a top deck from which you can enjoy the view and also a glass window offering a direct view of the ocean during mealtime. The local grocery store is just 0.7 miles away. She had all the listed amenities(except for a hair dryer). The space was fresh roomy and squeaky clean.I travelled with kids. She has toys, books, coloring book and colors. My kids had a blast running around and putting on the green. The beach is a 0.5 mile walk. She has beach chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrella and everything you need for a day on the beach.. The house provides a private beach experience. The kitchen is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
