Vacation rentals with breakfast in Massachusetts

This home was just as pictured. We loved our stay and would definitely book again the next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed staying at Nancy’s place, it was super comfortable and our dog loved it too! There was plenty of space to walk our dog and we really enjoyed watching the animals from the back porch!

We loved our stay at Ellen and Jennifer’s house. It was perfect for a weekend trip with friends and our two young children to relax and have fun. The hosts were very quick to respond and gave clear instructions for everything. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay. The house was very clean and full of homey, coastal character. Kat was very communicative and extremely thoughtful and hospitable. Definitely recommend this place.

Your stay was perfect! So close and walkable to the beach. Our kids had a fabulous vacation and the outdoor shower was used daily! We loved having coffee on the back patio and dinners on the porch. The house is well appointed with everything you need and extra touches to make the beach days easier (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler bags). The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and a few shops. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Raphael was such an amazing host! Ver responsive and always going the extra mile. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and it is basically on the UMass campus! So getting to graduation was extremely easy :)

I had a great experience here! I stayed for 2 nights while I was in town for a wedding. Bob and Janet have 2 rooms in their house that they rent out with AirBnb, and I had rented the smaller room with a twin bed, but they had their larger room available, so they had me stay in that one instead, which was very nice. Both rooms are as pictured/described, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets/blankets. The larger room had a spacious closet and a desk, as well as a full length mirror. The bathroom and shower were clean and right next to the bedrooms. The location is great; it’s about a mile to downtown Amherst, in a very walkable area. There are also lots of buses in the area. Janet and Bob both foster a welcoming environment and I had great conversations with both of them throughout my stay. Breakfast was great—there were some breads, yogurt, homemade granola, coffee/tea, and fruit available—all very tasty! I highly recommend booking here and would definitely stay again!

Mary was an excellent host and the suite above the garage was designed for guests. She thought of everything: plenty of towels; beach chairs and towels; great restaurant advice; fruit, cheese, and seltzer on arrival...and even more. Yummy vanilla scones and wonderful homemade soap in the shower! Mary was also responsive to every last-minute request, bringing extra chairs for guests who stopped by and safety pins for my fancy dress when I needed them. :-) We felt comfortable and pampered.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

Rhona’s place was in a great location with places nearby and not too far from all of the places we wanted to go. Her home was as described in the pictures and description. For two people it was fairly comfortable, but we weren’t able to get very comfortable in the living room as furniture was too small for us to hang out. There was also no outlet in one of the bedroom, but we were able to find an extension cord that reached the other bedroom. Besides that, the place was great for us to come and go. The owner made our reservation special by providing a gift for my friend’a birthday and breakfast which was very thoughtful!

Maria's house was amazing. Perfect location, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Salem. Maria made us feel welcome and was a very responsive host. Would definitely book this place again!

Qing's place is exactly as described and it served my needs for a one night stay. I had to stay close to Cambridge for a work event so I didn't spend much time at the apartment except to sleep, but it is very clean and private and I was able to park in the driveway. As others have mentioned, you can hear the upstairs neighbors so I recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The bed is also quite firm but I didn't find it uncomfortable. Qing was very responsive to any questions.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

We were traveling as a group of 7 for a wedding in Nahant. Location was ideal. House was spacious with a few different places to hang out. I don't remember if the description said that the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom, but no one used the master bedroom so it would be accessible to everyone for use. Beds and bedrooms were good. Overall, a great experience

The check-in process was smooth, and the home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The little touches, like [mention any standout amenities, e.g., complimentary snacks, extra towels, a well-stocked kitchen], made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

There was definitely a lot of thought and love put into making this airbnb what it is. All of the little attentions to detail were not lost on my friends and I. I really appreciated all of the color and art for my eyes to feast upon. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I was able to get a response quickly when I sent a pic to make sire my parking was ok. The shower is very spacious and nice. They also include a light continental breakfast.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

We stayed at Mary‘s and Mal‘s beautiful Hydrangea Farm for 2 nights and loved every minute! The house is wonderfully located and absolutely stunning (inside and outside!). The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and attention to detail, and very clean. It was just as cozy and comfortable as it looks on the photos. Mary and Mal are both very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Thanks so much for hosting us - we highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay!!! Melissa was very kind of us to let us check in early. She was very communicative and we enjoyed the welcome gifts. And the view of the harbor and city line was just breathtaking. It was by chance that it was the weekend of the 250th anniversary of Paul Revere’s run so we enjoyed the VIP view of the reeneacmenent! We plan to come back!

Such a lovely and cozy stay on the second floor of the sweetest house! Robert is a very attentive and communicative host and it was lovely to meet him and Gretje, as well!

We had a wonderful stay and were warmly welcomed by Nancy, Bob and especially by Pancho. He is such a cute and friendly dog and it was fun to play with him in the garden. We felt immediately like at home. The house and the garden are beautiful. Nancy and Bob gave us lots of helpful recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The location is perfect, very quiet, safe and only a few minutes away from the beaches. We enjoyed exploring the area by bike.

Peter and Mauricio's place was clean, comfortable, and affordable. This was a perfect place to stay for us. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast and coffee are very good. We would happily stay there if in Provincetown again.

We had a really fantastic stay at Candace's place! Candace greeted us at checkin. The building itself is very easy to get into as well. Candace gave us a very thorough tour, and the spaces available to us were all very clearly marked. The bedroom and bathroom were private and separated from the rest of the house even though it's a shared space. It was also very soundproof. The location was very quiet, but also an easy walk to both Harvard Square and Porter Square. Candace was an amazing host. Her Airbnb has so many thoughtful touches (multiple mirrors when we said we'd be getting ready for a wedding, dishes set out for us for breakfast, lots of blankets and space heaters, etc.). The art and decorations in the house are incredible, and all have neat stories behind them. The yogurt she provided was literally the best we've ever had in our lives. And Candace was so kind and helpful. We loved hearing about her experiences as a Boston educator. We'd stay again when back in town!

We had such a lovely time staying at George and Annalee’s! The breakfast was excellent, including catering for us being vegan, and they gave us great local recommendations. They were really hospitable and friendly including picking us up from the bus stop in town! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
