Oh my goodness. This place was a DREAM. Such a beautiful home with a view you can’t top. My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Mighty is fantastic! Her place is brimming with art and comfort, soft colorful rugs, creativity and spirit in every nook and cranny. So many thoughtful details from the toilet seat warmer to the lavender sachets. Just everything. But that lake that meets the back deck. It is magical. What a place and what a kind and caring host.

A true gem! Great location for a Berkshires excursion. Spent two nights, 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything exactly as described. Cute house with everything you may want and need. Loved the design touches. Peaceful and serene, modern and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We just finished a 4 night girls getaway for my Mom’s birthday. We can’t say enough about Adrianna and Tara’s cottage! We felt right @ home and there was such a peaceful vibe to the cottage. We were able to really relax and enjoyed beautiful sunsets with the fire pit going and wrapped in comfy blankets that they provided. They have thought of everything! The sauna experience followed by the outdoor shower was heavenly. We plan to make this an annual trip and this place is a 5+++, such an amazing stay🌸

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on Cape Cod. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and appetizers and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. The location is also great, just a short distance from the Cape Cod Canal, which was perfect for walking and biking. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway on the Cape!

This spot was excellent for my group. There were plenty of comfortable sleeping options for everyone and the space was even more spacious than expected. We also enjoyed the views and peaceful surroundings of the pond. Tyler was able to accommodate a late checkout as well, which was greatly appreciated.

First of all the pond is stocked with fish !! 10/10 recommend. Very private and cozy! Beds are comfy, living room is great for a big family too We live in NC but I would go back still

Just loved this beautiful house! The views were AMAZING! The house was so comfortable, free of any clutter. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were immaculate with plenty of storage space. Very comfy king mattress. Huge closet in hallway a plus. Kelly was a very responsive and friendly host. Love the neighborhood. We will be back! Thank you!

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.

Serenity! Sarah’s house was such a peaceful spot with many nice touches in decoration and lighting. Although it was only half a mile from the nice little downtown, it felt very secluded. We stayed there because we had an event in the area, but we would go back for a quiet retreat. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and had enough space. The little things like enough pans, silverware, and paper towels were appreciated. Sarah was flexible and communicated well.

I can not say enough about this place it was beautiful inside and out and Richard was super responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner! I would definitely stay again. Thanks again for letting me and my wife stay in your beautiful home!

Our group of six adults had an amazing stay at this beautiful, modern home in Woods Hole! The house was impeccably designed and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect—steps away from the island ferry, making our trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard a breeze without the hassle of parking or shuttles. We loved the private nooks throughout the house, ideal for curling up with a book and coffee. The grill was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy several evenings cooking together. Being within walking distance to fantastic restaurants in Woods Hole was a huge plus, adding convenience and variety to our dining options. This home exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay and Diana was super helpful and accommodating. She even pulled out a crib for our little one. The space is great and super comfy! It was amazing to be a 2min walk from the beach and 5min from others! Diana provided beach towels and lots of amenities which was great for our family. Would highly recommend!!

terrific place and location. the house is very well equipped with all the little things you might need, well maintained, all with very good taste and the owner is super responsive. we left two small items behind but mistake and the owner kindly sent us those the next day. 💯

What a lovely experience from the moment we booked! Kunya, we appreciated your proactive communication and advice and your house is more lovely than the photos! If we were to return, this is the spot. Everything you need in the kitchen, towels, linens, etc. and even air purifiers in the bedrooms and living room. We adventured to the Shining Sea Bikeway and our son enjoyed running it after each day's adventure. In our short trip we easily travelled to Boston, Martha's Vineyard and a final day in Provincetown. Kunya's home was a home away from home and something so nice to look forward to after each busy day. Clean, super comfy beds - folks, look no further!

This property was perfect for our group of 18. Everything was just as described; we wanted for nothing. The Cape Cod coastal vibe is perfect. Joshua was a dream to work with, as he answered my many questions in a timely manner. I'm sure I drove him crazy, but he never let on. The heated salt water pool and game room were favorites. We enjoyed them so much, we canceled an activity or two to enjoy them more. The tennis court was another wonderful well-utilized bonus. No one wanted to sit around on their phones with so much to do on the property, as well as, in the area. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the tub in my room so much, I've already ordered one just like it. They provided shampoo, etc...and even aloe, which too many of us needed. The kitchen was also well stocked with essentials. There were many lovely areas to gather, both for dining and living, but we mostly used the outdoor living spaces. I finished our trip on the porch swing, wishing we had booked one more night.

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Overall, the home was beautiful, and my friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. The only minor challenges were getting in through the front door and not having a chance to use the arcade. The kitchen area was absolutely stunning, and I personally loved the master suite. We all agreed that we could definitely see ourselves coming back. Apologies for our late-night conversation getting a bit too lively—the gentle reminder was appreciated. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!
