The loft was perfectly cozy for our weekend on Nantucket. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the island during the off season in late March. Kerstin was a fantastic host… we hope to stay again!

If you want a wonderful, quaint space to be your home away from home, this place is it! The atmosphere in the fall is amazing with all the leaves changing and the cool air. Jayne offers wonderful amenities, and it made me happy to hear the horses in the morning. I would definitely recommend Jayne to anyone wanting to stay in the Essex/Boston area. I will certainly be back again!

The property had everything we needed and more! Hosts were extremely kind and communicative, and the property itself is beautiful and quaint. Fantastic location being so close to downtown, would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in this spotless Airbnb only steps from Coolidge Corner, restaurants, shops and the T! The place was clean, comfortable and had super easy access from the private parking spot in back. Even though it's located in a busier spot, the street is tucked away and it was very quiet. Both my husband and I had to work while visiting so the large desk in the apartment was appreciated. Communication was easy and I received instant responses to my messages. Both of me kids are in college in Boston (BU and Boston Conservatory) and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Amazing stay, the location cannot get better. Water view was beautiful, and just steps from the door you have access to all of the restaurants and shops Rockport offers. The loft itself is adorable, small, but perfect for a couple. Alex was super helpful and communicative, extremely kind. We will most definitely be going back and staying at the loft later this summer!

Zoe is an extremely responsive & attentive host, offering great information & suggestions. The property is quiet, peaceful & lovely, easily accessible to other areas of Martha's Vineyard. The loft itself is well equipped & nicely appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Sarah and David were extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. They did their best to accommodate our needs, making us feel comfortable while away from home. I really enjoyed my time at their cozy loft, which is nestled near beautiful woods perfect for walks. The space was clean, stylishly designed, and just the right size for a couple. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed—from quality cookware to a great coffee setup—which made cooking during our stay easy and enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful—an ideal getaway year-round.

Absolutely loved staying here, exactly what we were looking for!! Solmaz was very helpful and had so many suggestions for things in the area. A few house rules, but all requests are listed very kindly and respectfully and make it very clear what it asked. Everything that is asked is extremely reasonable. And Solmaz is so generous, there are a few things provided in case you forgot anything at home! My only warning would be for tall visitors - I'm about 5' 10", and there's a few spots I was worried I might hit my head. So anyone 6' tall or taller, beware. And I would guess the main shower head is only about 6' tall. If you're willing to make it work though, this place is definitely worth it!

Lu's place is smack in the middle of downtown Boston so easily walkable to all the historic sights of this city. Because the street is a walking street only, visitors with cars need to park in public lots a few blocks away. ( Boston overnight parking is not cheap!) You should expect some street and subway rumbles because it is an urban setting. Clean, open space, a comfy bed and a pleasure to stay. The hosts also had excellent communication! Would recommend!

Great apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to Cambridge and Boston. Good to have plenty of space after our hotel stay for the Boston Marathon. Well equipped and thoughtful information provided to help us make the most of our time in Cambridge. As others have remarked, we did hear family life above us so may not be right if quiet is a priority. Overall would recommend.
