We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Be a little bohemian, stay in an artist’s studio for two adults, views of woods and stone walls.walk along a 300 stone wall past a 5000 gallon koi pond, and discover a stone sculpture in the woods. Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. The suite allows maximum of two pets per reservation for $50 per a pet. Our guests privacy starts from check in to check out with private entrance. The living room has mini library for guests, a 65 inch smart TV with high speed Internet and complimentary YouTubeTV local channels. The suite has a mini kitchen with mini refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. It also has stocked cabinet utensils, cleaning supplies, linen closet and electric pump air mattress if necessary.

Your home away from home is a spacious & newly renovated basement/in-law apartment (approx 1100 sq feet) located below the main house, with its own private entrance, dedicated parking & in walkable neighborhood. Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)
