This place is perfect! Location is great- less then 5 mins walk to a very nice free beach and a few more minutes to restaurants and pizzeria. The house is located in a quite street with private covered parking space. The villa itself is very well equipped, you will find everything you need in it. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and well prepared. I very much liked how the house was decorated. Also beautiful garden which we absolutely loved! We enjoyed meals outside watching a friendly blackbird :) Ilaria is a great host, answering any questions immediately. She also offered help when our car broke - she was very kind and helpful! We had a great time and we recommend this place 100%.

La casetta sulla spiaggia è la casa vacanza che ho sempre sognato. Ti permette di vivere il mare e la spiaggia 24 ore su 24 ed è una meraviglia. Direttamente sulla spiaggia.. Ha un posto proprio davanti alla porta di ingresso per posizionare lettino sdraio e ombrellone presenti nella casa. Sul patio piastrellato ci sono le sedie e un comoda tavolo per mamgiare direttamente sulla spiaggia. Per chi ha un amico animale come noi è davvero eccezionale poichè puó stare tranquillamente in casa e ogni tanto affacciarsi alla finestra per controllarvi.. Oppure stare nel patio vicino a voi. La casa è in un quartiere meraviglioso con tutto ció che serve.. Bar pizzeria pub ristoranti gastronomia rosticceria e supermercato, noi non abbiamo mai usato l'auto. Si raggiunge a piedi anche il centro di Follonica in pochi minuti. La casa ha tutto ció che serve. Vivrete una vacanza indimenticabile con tramonti quotidiani spettacolari! Grazie per questa incredibile esperienza!

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt .. eine herrliche Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir gerne und oft genutzt haben … wenige Schritte zu drei sehr schönen und sauberen Stränden … in der Küche war alles vorhanden … ein sehr ruhiger Ort, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Es war wirklich sehr, sehr schön in der Unterkunft Scirocco!:) Der Kontakt mit Giada über Email war sehr nett und sie war immer erreichbar. Vor Ort wurden wir vom Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch er war stets erreichbar und direkt zur Stelle, wenn Fragen anfielen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, war sehr sauber, liegt für uns perfekt und ist genauso, wie bei Airbnb beschrieben. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Danke an alle Beteiligten, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

Fantastica vacanza Mattia è un super host, la casa è spettacolare e dotata di tutti i confort Molti pulita ed accogliente e’ in una posizione strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare i meravigliosi ed antichi borghi toscani Non dimenticate di visitare il parco della Maremma con la splendida spiaggia di Marina di Alberese A Castiglioni della Pescaia ci sono ottimi ristoranti sia di pesce che di carne Da provare! Ara Macao e’ una casina deliziosa che ti invita a ritornare ……. Ed è gestita veramente bene da Mattia

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Alles bestens. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Pool und Badeplatz am Meer sind traumhaft.

ottimo soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo e curato nei minimi dettagli. casa estremamente pulita e ordinata. gli host incredibilmente cortesi e gentili, hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste di sistemazione, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consiglio il posto a chiunque cerchi una fuga rilassante e accogliente. grazie a Massimo e a sua moglie.

Ero con alcuni amici e abbiamo apprezzato molto la casa di Camilla. A picco sul mare, completamente accessoriata e pulitissima, si vede che Camilla la cura molto e ne fa una manutenzione continua. Dimenticatevi prese che non funzionano, divani sfondati, bagni vecchi, cucina senza accessori. La casa è perfetta, per essere vissuta e farvi sentire i benvenuti.

Abbiamo soggiornato (4 adulti, 3 bambini e 1 neonato) l' ultima settimana di agosto presso la casa di Angela e Marco. Fin da subito ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e i loro fantastici cani che i nostri figli hanno coccolato e adorato. Sono dei proprietari attenti e premurosi e ci hanno saputo consigliare in maniera impeccabile su spiagge, ristoranti, supermercati...Si sono dimostrati molto pazienti con i nostri figli nonostante la vivacità dei più piccoli. Simone ringrazia Marco per l' indimenticabile esperienza in mountain bike. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima, profumata, ben suddivisa, in ottima posizione e dotata di ogni comfort anche per famiglie con neonati come nel nostro caso (sono presenti vaschetta per bagnetto, lettino, mangia pannolini, seggiolone). L' area barbecue e piscina, a disposizione degli ospiti, sono un plus che rendono questa casa perfetta. Un caro saluto anche a nonna Lorena. Vi aspettiamo in quel di Stablei.😉 Arrivederci, a presto! Wir waren 10 Tage zu zweit zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt im Grünen in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung und es ist ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber keinen Backofen. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, um in den nächsten Ort, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, zu gelangen. Auch die Pools am Meer hatten im September noch geöffnet. Die kleine Bucht eignet sich super zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber man muss etwa 30 Treppenstufen gehen. Elisabetta war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte Tipps und Empfehlungen und war schnell erreichbar. Tipp: alle Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen und keine Krümel am Fußboden liegen lassen, sonst kommen schnell Ameisen. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Very nice house! Very Italien. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Nice big private parking. Huge kitchen. The only thing we missed was a really good authentic restaurant in the neighbourhood. Maybe we just could’nt find it. A few things wasn’t working upon arrival, but Silvia was very helpful and we made it work. All in all: Would definitly come back - and would recommend the house to everybody else. We were five people and there was more than enough space.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht und trotzdem nicht zu weit vom nächsten Ort und dem Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist vor allem für Paare zu empfehlen. In der Nähe gab es Restaurants und gleich um die Ecke ist ein Café. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt nichtmals eine Minute. Parkplätze sind auch immer in der Nähe zu finden. Die Kommunikation mit Asia war stets gut. Sie ist eine sehr nette Person. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Es gibt ein großes, gemütliches Bett mit einer(!) Matratze, was uns wichtig ist. Außerdem waren noch einige Kleinigkeiten zum Essen und Trinken vorbereitet, was vor allem nach der langen Reise sehr erleichternd ist, da man nicht direkt einkaufen muss. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir sehr empfehlen können.

Vacanza assolutamente perfetta con la mia famiglia (io, mia moglie e due bambine) a Punta Ala. La casa offerta da Valfredo è magnifica. Vicinissima alla spiaggia (sia libera che attrezzata) e a un mare da favola. Menzione speciale per l’ampio spazio esterno, attrezzato per cenare in tranquillità e per rilassarsi. Adatto se siete in coppia e anche con bimbi. L’appartamento dispone anche di doccia esterna, comodissima (noi abbiamo praticamente utilizzato sempre quella), lavatrice e angolo lavanderia. Sicuramente dimentico qualcosa, ma non di ringraziare Valfredo, host davvero eccezionale, che via ha fatto sentire meravigliosamente. Il primo giorno ci ha fatto anche da guida nel paese per indicarci dove si trovavano i vari servizi (market, gastronomia, tennis, minigolf, ecc.). Insomma: non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da tornarci assolutamente!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

La casa di Margherita si trova a letteralmente dieci passi dal mare, ancora più bella che nelle foto. L’alloggio è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, si dorme sentendo il rumore del mare. Margherita è stata disponibilissima e ci ha fornito moltissimi consigli per visitare la zona. È stato un piacere soggiornare nella tua bellissima casa e saremmo felici di tornare alla prossima occasione! Grazie per tutto 😊

Das kleine Haus von Stefano ist sehr originell und entzückend. Man sieht mit wie viel Liebe und Begeisterung das „ehem. Elektro“-Haus hergerichtet ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit viel Licht aber auch viel Schatten im Sommer. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum chillen und Essen. Stefano ist ein toller Gastgeber mit super Response Zeit auf Fragen. Stefano hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns das Haus gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage zum Strand ist unter 50m, also super easy zu erreichen. Es gibt originelle Strandbars mit sehr guter Küche. Meine zwei erwachsenen Töchter und ich können das Haus von Stefano sehr empfehlen. (Achtung: es gibt kein Wifi, aber der Empfang in und rund ums Haus ist gut, wenn man genügend Datenvolumen hat, kein Problem!)

Le foto non rendono, la casa e’ bellissima e in una posizione pazzesca! Alessandra è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile e sul posto Andrea è’ stato gentile, disponibile e amichevole. Appartamento pulitissimo e munito di tutto il necessario, patio esterno bellissimo e piacevole, 10 passi e si possono mettere i piedi in spiaggia… ogni sera si cena con davanti un tramonto pazzesco.
