Everything was perfect, super cozy and beautiful place. Isabella and her family welcomed us in the best possible way and met all our requests during our GTE in Elba. Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and pause for a moment. You'll feel like you're in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, ping pong. You can barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning, when you get up, you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of stores. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Sonia was extremely helpful from start to beginning. Gave us great recommendations which ended up being some of our favourite nights! The most stunning location and beautifully kept place, with everything you could possibly need to live in. 30 mins from Florence, 1 hour from Siena and miles of beautiful scenery and wineries as far as the eye can see As a british couple in our 20’s we loved our stay here ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

This apartment is absolutely exceptional! Everything is perfectly combined for a memorable stay in this beautiful area: strategic location, close to the thermal baths, superb beaches!!! just 1.5 hours from Siena, Florence, and close to Pisa. The exteriors are pleasant, and everything is designed to make everyone feel comfortable, and even more. We were a group of 9 (adults, teenagers, children and a baby), and we all found our space thanks to an optimal layout. The apartment is huge and nicely decorated. As for Monica, she is much more than welcoming, she is a real gem! Her kindness, hospitality, clarity, understanding and adaptability far exceeded all our expectations. She made us feel perfectly fine. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience in this wonderful area. Thanks Monica!

We had a great 6 nights at Margherita and Silvio's place. It is a two bedroom detached building minutes from Sienna but with lovely views of farm fields, cedars and umbrella pines. Very peaceful, private and quiet. Just as shown and described in the listing. Margherita and Silvio are great hosts and immediately brought around a bottle opener (for the local chianti) when we couldn't find one. This is a great location for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Highly recommended.

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! A special experience is when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly over the cottage. At night you can see fireflies on the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only a 15-minute drive away. The pine forest on Cecina beach is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic kitchen equipment, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! Thanks for the time!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We loved spending evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and his family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You can immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Thank you so much for everything.

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

The house is in a splendid location: on a hill close to the woods, it faces the sea and the row of cypresses of Bolgheri. A unique place, the view and sunsets are priceless. The main beaches can be reached by car in a time ranging from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the destination. If you're at home, ping pong is a great resource for children (and adults). Wild boars (these only beyond the net that borders the forest), badgers and hares run around nearby and you meet them daily. The close presence of the main house is both reassuring and very discreet, you have total privacy. Inside, the house is very well organized and extremely pleasant to live in. Marina is very helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Great cottage, quietly located in nature. For shopping and the sea by car about 15-20 minutes. Paola and her colleague Paolo are very helpful.

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

Our stay at Fernanda's house was very nice. The place looks like the photos. You are absolutely private, despite the proximity to the host's house. The street is close but did not bother us at all. There are hardly any cars there at night. The house is small but nice, you have everything you need and a wonderful terrace with garden. You have to get used to the shower for a short time, but that's also quick. We rented bicycles in the village and were able to ride to the beach or the village quickly and easily. Great starting point for excursions in the area. Fernanda also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our wedding day (thank you again, it was so beautiful!!) and there was a homemade cake. Fernanda and her husband are incredibly warm and helpful. They can only speak Italian, but thanks to modern technology, it is also not a problem if you do not understand everything. We highly recommend the house and would book it again at any time!!
