Vacation rentals with beach access in Marina di Castagneto Carducci

Lisa and Francesca were amazing hosts. From the moment we booked to the end of our stay , they communication was exceptional . They welcomed us warmly. They were very attentive and willing to go above and beyond to help us feel comfortable . In conversation I mentioned my husband was feeling unwell, Francesco went straight to the pharmacy and bought him some medicine. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed plus more. Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Great accommodation for those who want to relax and stay away from the noise of the city. Even with bad weather, we still relaxed thanks to the garden in the apartment. The sea is really a stone's throw away, so much so that sometimes you can hear the waves from the house. Precise host, responsive and present if you need anything. Highly recommended.

I've been going on vacation to Rosignano with my boyfriend for four years and we've never been as comfortable as if we were at home. Simona is available to advise you where to go, she was a very good host. The house is very nice and the same as the photos. Thank you.

We had a very nice stay! Communication with the owner was excellent: Very friendly, helpful and straightforward. The apartment is very spacious and very lovingly furnished and designed, just as shown in the photos. The cleanliness of the apartment was good overall. In the area there is everything you need for a wonderful vacation: You only have to cross one road to get to the beach, there are many good restaurants, shops and a very nice jetty for strolling nearby. There is also a lot of interesting things to see in the surrounding area if you value a quiet and relaxed ambience. Due to the location within a complex of higher residential buildings, the apartment is a bit dark and noisy due to the railway tracks right next to it - because of the sound amplification. We were still very satisfied with the place and can definitely recommend it.

Myself and my husband had an amazing stay at Emiliano’s home. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in , we didn’t want for anything the house was fully equipped, the view from the terrace was outstanding . Quercinella is a beautiful village right beside the sea , which is just a small 10 minute walk from the house . Emiliano and Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations and lots of information which helped us a lot . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb . We hope to stay there again in the near future . Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

We were allowed to spend four wonderful weeks there. The house is simple but very lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. The veranda and garden are a highlight. Baker, mini-market, butcher, various small restaurants, a bar right by the sea are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The people there are incredibly nice! Francesco is extremely attentive! He had provided coffee, a fruit basket, ingredients for a first meal and a bottle of wine, so we didn't have to shop right away. And he was always available for questions and tips! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

My friends and I stayed at Lisa’s for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The view is incredible and the pool was perfect to take a dip in on a hot summers day. Lisa and her husband were very friendly and knew lots about the area. The pizza oven was a real highlight for us. If we are back in Pisa we will definitely be staying here. 100% recommend!

Great, very well-equipped apartment in a good location, close to the center and close to the beach. Fenced garden and nearby parks were ideal for our dog. Free parking is available right in front of the house (but in May/June. In high season, the parking situation is probably much more difficult). Mauro was a very friendly host. We would come back anytime.

We had a great experience with Dario's apartment. We found a very tidy, clean apartment, with everything you need and an excellent standard. Dario and Debora were always available, communication was very simple. A special thank you for how they solved a problem that was not their responsibility. Recommended for anyone who wants to spend time in Follonica.

Simone was a wonderful host! He met us at the beach parking lot and escorted us to the apartment and assisted us with our luggage up the flights of stairs. The location was perfect for us to explore this beautiful city, walkable, close to the sea/ small beach, park, restaurants, cafes, fresh fruit stand. Modern decor, bright open concept, well appointed, comfortable bed, plenty of storage in the wardrobe for our clothes and storing our luggage. Free parking was included and located directly across the street. Traffic was constant in the front but didn’t affect our sleeping in the back bedroom. We would recommend guests staying here, thanks for the later checkout time, thanks Simone!

We spent a wonderful week in San Vincenzo in this essential but extremely comfortable home, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We were traveling with a 3-month-old girl and a dog, and we immediately felt comfortable. The location is truly priceless: it only takes a few steps to find yourself on the beach, which made every day simple and enjoyable. A big thank you to the hosts, kind, welcoming and always available for any need. We have created a good relationship with them, so much so that we will definitely come back just to say hello if we are in the area again.

The place was perfect for us! The children made themselves comfortable in the gallery and also enjoyed using the toys provided. Since the ceilings of the apartment are very high, it is also not cramped at all. We enjoyed the location of the accommodation directly on the beach. By car you can easily get to Pisa, Florence, etc. We will be back :-)

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop
