Our suite on the first floor features an exclusive 40-square-meter private terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk. It consists of two areas, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children, and single travelers. Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach resort with an umbrella and two sun loungers.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The house is located on the second and top floor, without an elevator. A 2-minute walk from the house there is a private garage to be booked, €12/night.
