Beach house vacation rentals in Marina di Castagneto Carducci

This place is perfect! Location is great- less then 5 mins walk to a very nice free beach and a few more minutes to restaurants and pizzeria. The house is located in a quite street with private covered parking space. The villa itself is very well equipped, you will find everything you need in it. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and well prepared. I very much liked how the house was decorated. Also beautiful garden which we absolutely loved! We enjoyed meals outside watching a friendly blackbird :) Ilaria is a great host, answering any questions immediately. She also offered help when our car broke - she was very kind and helpful! We had a great time and we recommend this place 100%.

Cute place directly at the beach. The beach is public but with the house, you have your own space directly in front. Sun-Umbrella, seats and other outdoor furniture is provided by the Host. The place is clean, has a new kitchen installed and suits perfect for 4 people. It has everything needed for a smooth and chill vacation. Local suggestions are part of the check-in with the host, and a guest-book. Close by is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, lots if good restaurants are just up the street and directly next to the supermarket are large bins to throw away any kind of trash. I very much suggest the place! (Hint: for quiet nights earplugs might help since there is nightlife (we visited during summer vacation and slept with open windows) going on close by but its not too bad)

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house... a wonderful terrace with sea views, which we liked and often used... a few steps to three very nice and clean beaches... in the kitchen everything was available... a very quiet place, which we greatly appreciated.

Everything was perfect!

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

Fantastic vacation Mattia is a super host, the house is spectacular and equipped with all the comforts Many clean and welcoming and is in a strategic position both for going to the beach and for visiting the wonderful and ancient Tuscan villages Don't forget to visit the Maremma park with the beautiful beach of Marina di Alberese In Castiglioni della Pescaia there are excellent fish and meat restaurants to try! Ara Macao is a delightful little house that invites you to come back ……. And it's managed really well by Mattia

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Everything is fine. We had a very nice holiday. Pool and swimming area by the sea are fantastic.

Absolutely stunning seaview!

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Very nice house! Very Italien. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Nice big private parking. Huge kitchen. The only thing we missed was a really good authentic restaurant in the neighbourhood. Maybe we just could’nt find it. A few things wasn’t working upon arrival, but Silvia was very helpful and we made it work. All in all: Would definitly come back - and would recommend the house to everybody else. We were five people and there was more than enough space.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to spend a relaxed holiday. Quiet, with beautiful views and yet not too far from the nearest place and the beach. We would come back.

The accommodation is especially recommended for couples. There were restaurants nearby and right around the corner is a cafe. The path to the beach is not even one minute. Parking is also always nearby. Communication with Asia was always good. She's a very nice person. The place was exactly as described. There is a big, cozy bed with a(!) Mattress, which is important to us. In addition, some small things were prepared for eating and drinking, which is very easier, especially after the long trip, as you don't have to shop directly. All in all a great place to stay that we highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect vacation with my family (me, my wife and two girls) in Punta Ala. The house offered by Valfredo is magnificent. Very close to the beach (both free and equipped) and a fairytale sea. Special mention for the large outdoor space, equipped to dine in peace and to relax. Suitable if you're a couple and also with children. The apartment also has an outdoor shower, very comfortable (we have practically always used that one), washing machine and laundry corner. I'm sure I forget something, but don't thank Valfredo, a really exceptional host, who made you feel wonderful. On the first day, he also guided us in the country to show us where the various services were located (market, gastronomy, tennis, mini golf, etc.). I mean, we couldn't ask for more. Definitely go back!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Margherita's house is literally ten steps from the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and very welcoming, you sleep hearing the sound of the sea. Margherita was very helpful and provided us with many tips for visiting the area. It was a pleasure to stay in your beautiful home and we would be happy to return next time! Thanks for everything. 😊

Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front.
