Beach house vacation rentals in Marina di Ardea

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable flat! We had everything we need and fully enjoyed it. The only thing is that there are some stairs leading to the flat, and we had quite some big luggages. However, Federica helped us with it. :) My family totally loved it here, thank you!

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was close to stores, restaurants, the railway station and the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We can highly recommend to stay there.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

We visited Claudia's place for three weeks and were quickly overwhelmed by the fantastic location, the incredibly beautiful beaches and the fantastic sunsets. Claudia had put a lot of effort into answering our questions all the time and there was a smaller problem she had helped us immediately. We felt very comfortable with her.

The property is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring comfort in any season. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Massimo, was extremely responsive to all initial questions, making the arrival experience seamless. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Vittorio was very welcoming from the very beginning with great, clear and proactive communications. The house was very clean and matched the description. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a super time, especially enjoying the beach so close by (~5min walk) and Rome only an hour by car. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.
