Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marina di Ardea

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We spent 6 days in the house and for us as a family of 5 it was ideal. Check-in was straightforward! Giorgio was extremely accommodating to us as we arrived in time before check-in. In terms of cleanliness, we are used to something else from other AirBnb's but it did not bother us as we have three small children. The house is great at first glance, but there is a lot of room for the details - it still has a lot of potential. The location is unbeatable, a few meters from the sea. In the immediate vicinity are shops and great restaurants + beach bars. Suggestion for improvement from us - a microwave, a real coffee maker, and air conditioning to a room or at least a ceiling fan. If we were to come back to the part of Italy, we would certainly come back.

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Roberto's daughter Lorey was so nice and very helpful. it was fun sitting the patio drinking wine and watching the airplanes...

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

Giacomo welcomed us personally, We loved that! Thank you so much for the attentions! The apt is cozy and is very spacious. Everything well decorated and super clean. We felt like home! Walking distance we found a pizza place, a coffee shop and a mini market! That was perfect!

Fabrizio is very responsive, easy to communicate with, quickly replies to messages, his apartment is perfect, clean, well located, by the water, close to all amenities, in the city of Rome, we are satisfied with our stay, I recommend it 😊

Enjoyed our time at Rico's place. It's in a walkable neighborhood not far from the Vatican. The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great start in Rome.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

We loved our stay in Marco’s place , beautiful view from the apartment & he was a wonderful host to us . He alerted us that the pope would be around and we got to see him . Beautiful apartment and very clean , had everything we needed , grocery store within walking and close to shops and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer .

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

We stayed just one night at Aldo’s place, but it was one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The real highlight, though, was Aldo himself—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and we truly enjoyed his company. Aldo went above and beyond by providing transportation to and from the airport, as well as to and from Termini station, which made our travel logistics seamless and stress-free. The neighborhood was full of life, with an abundance of great restaurants, shops, and fun things to explore just steps away. It gave us a perfect taste of Rome beyond the usual tourist zones. We only wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, well-located stay in Rome with an exceptional host.

The place was spotless and had a fresh, modern feel. Our host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It was the perfect fit for our family of five. We especially loved having the beach just across the street, it was a wonderful way to end our vacation in Italy.
