Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Marina di Ardea

We were very comfortable. Simone is always available for everything. Very close to the metro and bus stops, just a 5-minute walk. Restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets…. Comfortable area to be with children.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

Nice place with a great view

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, making themselves very helpful right away. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both humans and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will gladly return to stay at Villa Bovari!

Simple Finnish cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always available to us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and in the middle of nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and there are many more wonderful destinations for activities in the area. The cottage has everything you need. If you have any problems or questions, the two hosts are always available. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

A lovely welcome from Pietro, who helped us in and showed us around his fabulous apartment to the strains of Bob Marley. We loved the apartment and absolutely did not want to leave. Hope to come back for another stay soon!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Amazing stay at the villa with the family, didn’t want to leave. 2 adults 4 kids. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely quiet area, close to shop, beach and bars. 1hr to Rome via bus and train. (Get the right bus tickets) Bus to and from airport was super easy and only cost €1.50 each Simonetta was great with communication, couldn’t have asked for more.

Great Location and lovely House with pool, would go back and feel at home. Comfortable, Privacy, Clean and spacious and all one can wish for. Great Host!

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

AMAZING HOUSEEEEE. If you wanna relax with the whole fam, this is the RIGHT place, away from the city. And also near to ROMANO outlet -25 mins awayy to go for luxury shopping !

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

Davide was very friendly and helpful at all times, the apartment was pristine and modern, the only thing that would be appreciated would be a microwave. Everything else is perfect and the apartment is located near the station and a few minutes from the beach. I would repeat the stay.
