Such a fantastic place, big,clean, cozy and private. it had all we needed and more, very interesting use of colour too. we had a beautiful stay, wish we stayed more. we definitely recommend !

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The place is spacious, very clean, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Alessandro was a kind and responsive host, always available to help. The house was well-equipped and comfortable for our group. We especially appreciated the quiet location and the lovely outdoor space. The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

20 stars Matteo’s house was amazing and confortable place, we feel like a home , the house is beautiful and the view is the best of the place . We will repeat this placer! No doubt . Thanks Matteo for being a good host.

Giovanna was an excellent host and quickly accessible at all times. The house is very nice with a very nice large garden with old trees such as olive trees and other trees. Right next to the house is the parking space in the shade. The pool is in the middle of the garden and there are beautiful shady places to linger on the provided loungers. Here you can really relax after sightseeing in Rome or Tivoli and end the day with good wine and food. Fantastic. The house is new and very tastefully decorated inside and equipped with air conditioning, which we did not use. The new washing machine and dishwasher have also proven useful. The beds are also excellent for sleeping. In summary, it was a fantastic stay.

Stefano was a great host and his home was perfectly thought out and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of our time in the city centre which is a half hour bus away. The peaceful spot was the perfect place to relax and recharge after all the walking. I would recommend to anyone!

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with every comfort to spend a pleasant vacation. Large and comfortable spaces, nice garden. Located in a quiet area. The beach is easy to get to .

Lovely accommodation , well equipped with all amenities . We were a group of 14 and had a lovely stay. The property is very fresh and everything feels like it is new . The host gave very good instructions which made our stay comfortable . The house is close to the metro station , so very convenient to travel from here .

strategic location to get to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I would choose again!

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

You can breathe peace and serenity, a charming place a stone's throw from Rome. A real corner of paradise, a very kind welcome and a very familiar environment. I'll definitely be back to get away from the city! Thank you Marina 😃

We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

I was captivated by the photo, so I contacted the two hosts, who were extremely courteous and quick to respond and give me an appointment to see the place in person. Beautiful villa and low costs, it was perfect for the stay and for organizing a party. Everyone was impressed by the place and the villa, so much so that we will undoubtedly return. In addition, the two hosts suggested nearby places to shop (they even thought of some very good local products) and to better organize myself, making everything easier and special. As soon as we have the opportunity to organize another gathering, both for a party and for a long weekend of relaxation, it will undoubtedly be our destination. I am also ready to suggest some goodies to make the place even more full of surprises! Thank you very much.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

we had a wonderful stay at the house- grea location with lots to see nearby including the etruscan tombs, Castle and lake. Very nice, characterful property with a lovely big loggia/veranda area. Really huge place- so many living areas and nice big bedrooms. My family of 5 had plenty of space to enjoy spending time together, and because it is April it was good to have plenty of indoor space to use. The kids did enjoy the play equipment outside too and we had lots of games of football and skittles on the grass. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and because it was Easter they left some Easter eggs for my 3 kids which was a nice touch :)

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.
