Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marina Alta

Volledig verrast door het mooie en ruime huis. Leuk zwembad en tuin. Volledig prive accomodatie. Garage om auto te parkeren, fijn want je kan feitelijk alles lopend doen, alles is op korte afstand, strand/zee boulevard met de diverse winkels en restaurants. Voor ons was het helemaal goed. Contact met Wendy ook, goed ontvangen en de rest evt via de app. Dus nogmaals helemaal goed.

Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

Fenomenal en todo. El apartamento muy coqueto y unas vistas impresionantes, a esa altura te sientes aislado de todo el murmullo y el jaleo de las calles. Desde luego que repetiríamos. Gracias a Alex por estar siempre pendiente. Un 10.

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung extrem gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für diese Wohnung!

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Le logement est bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Il y a un magasin d’alimentation juste à côté, bien pratique. Les enfants ont aimé joué sur la place au pied de l’immeuble: petit parc de jeux et fontaines.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa cumple todas las comodidades. Carlo siempre respondía nuestras consultas con brevedad. La playa (cala) esta a 17 minutos andando donde hay rutas para hacer. La joya de la casa son la vistas. Zona muy tranquila. La piscina comunitaria a la que se tiene acceso está justo enfrente de la casa. Ha sido todo perfecto.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Manuel è un Host molto amichevole e disponibile. Ci ha accolti personalmente per salutarci e darci tutte le info sulla casa, sulla zona. Preziosi e onesti i suoi consigli sulla città e sui locali dove mangiare cose tipiche e poco turistiche. Alicante è una grande cittadina che va scoperta soprattutto nelle stradine del centro vecchio e il suo fantastico lungomare. Ottima tappa per chi, come noi, attraversa la provincia e la costa Dorata in auto attraverso la Spagna. Siamo soddisfatti. Grazie Manuel!⭐

We absolutely loved our stay in Dido and Amy’s house - super location in Javea’s historic centre yet very quiet and the accommodation itself even better than the photos. Immaculately clean and well maintained and plenty of room for a full compliment of 5 guests. We would definately return if ever in the same area again. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful 4 night stay.

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Mooi en ruim appartement, zoals de foto's lieten zien. Keuken goed gevuld met keukengerei, borden etc, dus zelf koken kon erg gemakkelijk. Communicatie met Patty, die ons ontving, was erg gemakkelijk. Appartement is op loopafstand van de boulevard.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Logement impeccable, description parfaite et très propre. La résidence est ultra sécurisé, la voiture reste en sécurité dans le parking avec surveillance 24/24. Tout est présent dans la résidence pour toute la famille, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport, piscine intérieure et extérieure, accès plage. Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et la région est magnifique. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de la résidence dû au mois d'avril où peut de touriste était présent. En bref nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau un jour. Merci Jorge !

Localizacao perfeita, é possivel ter acesso a tudo apenas caminhando. Anfitriao bastante proativo. Nos disponibilizou berço e trona para nosso bebé. A jacuzzi é a cereja do bolo para curtir um final de dia (com a agua sempre aquecida!).

Wow! This apartment is stunning, we have had a great stay here for the last 5 nights. Location is 10/10 sea views are beautiful, watching the sunrise each morning really was a treat. Everything was perfect, 100% recommend a stay here if you are heading to Alicante. Thank you Rudi & Maxim

We had the most amazing stay in Miriam’s apartment! The view was absolutely breathtaking — one of those places where you just stop and stare. The interior was beautifully, and makes us fell like home and welcoming. We spent a few unforgettable days here and couldn’t have asked for a better base. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place that combines, biking, beach and an epic view!
