Loft vacation rentals in Marina Alta

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

I had a great time at Ausias's place. The Loft is very close to the beach yet so quite and you rarely hear any noise from the outside. The Loft itself is very functional and was very clean when I arrived. Arianna the co-host was also very kind, she was checking if I needed anything during my stay and she was always very responsive whenever I had any questions. Overall Highly recommend

Hemos quedado encantados con la casa, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos preocupaba el sofá cama antes del viaje pero es muy cómodo y si duerme fenomenal. Toni y su madre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. La zona ideal para descansar y desconectar. Y la casa tiene de todo, incluso aceite y especias para cocinar. Volveremos sin duda!

Perfecte locatie om Alicante te ontdekken. Het appartement is volledig ingericht en geschikt om zelf te koken, echter er zoveel goed betaalbare restaurants in de buurt hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken van het appartement. Wel hebben we genoten van het Nespresso apparaat voor koffie in de morgen op ‘ons eigen’ dakterras - heerlijk!

Eine sehr schöne wohnung und vor allem eine tolle dachterasse mit bequemen gartenmöbeln . Elena hat mir noch einige restaurants empfohlen die mir gut gefallen haben. Viele liebe Grüße Dörte

Perfect location in old town, easy walk to beach, grocery market, and eateries. Clean apartment, great wifi, comfy bed. Maritza was helpful and responded quickly, even when we accidentally checked out on the wrong day and had to get back into the apartment. :-) Stellar stay!

Todo perfecto. La casa estaba muy limpia, bien equipada y tal como aparece en las fotos. El check-in fue fácil y la comunicación con el anfitrión, excelente.

Tutto perfetto! Appartamento open space molto carino accogliente e pulito! La comunicazione con l’host, il poco che ne ho avuto bisogno, è sempre stata amichevole e reattiva. San Juan è un posto stupendo dove passare un ottimo periodo di relax

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Tolle Unterkunft, modern, sehr sauber, zum Wohlfühlen. Zu Fuß ist alles super zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequemes Bett. Einziges Manko ist, dass man in der Erdgeschosswohnung immer die Rollläden unten haben muss, da sonst vorbeigehende Menschen hineinschauen können.

Sitio estupendo, cerca de todas las calitas preciosas de Altea. La comunicación con Juan excelente, volveremos a repetir!!

Maria is an excellent host! She is carrying, helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Studio is very close to the local big and small shops, 30min walking distance from the sea, beautiful views and terrace to take sunbathing or having lovely breakfast. We would like to say big Thank you to Maria as she made our stay as easy, as welcoming, as flexible as you can imagine. We will be back again. Gracias ❤️

Appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig. Fijn dat er via de hellende weg een ingang aanwezig is; scheelt behoorlijk wat trappen, zeker met boodschappen. Je zit eveneens direct in het hogere centrum van Villajoyosa.. wij hebben ons snel “thuis” gevoeld in de woning. Lea reageert snel op vragen.. fijn! Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad ondanks het mindere weer de eerste 2 weken.. dank voor de gastvrijheid! Henrike
