Upon arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided and the 1st breakfast is offered. There's a parking spot in a private parking lot a 10-minute walk from the apartment and a bike storage room.

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

Nicolas' house lived up to our expectations and had everything we needed. And what a nice view from the kitchen window. The city of Saintes is a good central point to visit this beautiful department.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay, with views over the estuary, a private garden, a sunroom and balcony. Just a five minute walk to a great local restaurant. Its described as a fast food restaurant, but it has French cuisine, and it is friendly and the service is fast. The house has a homely feel to it and we can highly recommend it. Floriane responds very quickly and is always charming.

A spacious room is presented with two beds covered in light grey bedding, accompanied by neatly rolled towels. A red accent chair adds a pop of color, while a shelf offers storage space. Soft blue and neutral walls enhance the modern decor.
