Andy and Jacqui have a wonderful place. It is very private, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The whole house is decorated very nicely with a lot of attention for detail. Everything felt very luxurious, I felt like a princess. Andy and Jacqui were very kind and helpful. We didn’t have that great weather but we would love to come back another time.

A big thank you to Sylvette for hosting us and for her discretion. A peaceful place to gather in peace and quiet and enjoy the cottage and private pool! The location is perfect between Perigueux and Bergerac! Thanks again to Sylvette and I would fully recommend the cottage.

This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

Very great accommodation. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Pleasant setting. Very good communication and responsiveness, the hosts were accommodating during the stay. I recommend it and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

A real breath of fresh air in a beautiful house, perfect for a weekend with friends and family. The setting is peaceful, the ideal location, and everything is designed to make you feel good. Florence is a lovely host, attentive and always available. It felt like home there… and we already want to come back!

Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

Very good stay in Sylvie's house, very close to Sarlat. The house is clean, very well equipped and we enjoyed the indoor and heated pool. Sylvie and Jerome are very welcoming and available. We'll be back without hesitating.

Accommodation in a very peaceful and quiet environment. The house has lots of charm, and the unoverlooked heated pool is lovely. The house was very clean as well as the linens. Self check-in and checkout, which went very well. If you have any questions, Emmanuel is very responsive. Only small downside, for a house intended for 6 people only 3 stem glasses and the space in the living room is not intended for 6 people. Otherwise the rest is perfect!

perfect house for stays I highly recommend

Very good stay, Aurore and Stéphane are very kind, smiling, responsive, and both give ideas for visits. We saw a little more often Stéphane who was very good tips on outings (like the best place for the bike☺️), and we were able to enjoy a walk (a little muddy but excellent) in the forest with the new mountain bikes (extra price of course). The sheep are right next door, excellent for children (they were even able to change them from "garden"), slide, swing, petanque court, ping-pong table... In short, everything is there for the days when we don't want to go out for a walk.

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

We would recommend this listing, Spacious house following a beautiful renovation, For a large capacity, it's nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets the games room in the basement allows fun with foosball and ping pong The bowling alley next to the barbecue has convivial moments. Beautiful panoramic view from a terrace at the entrance to the house.

Very good stay at Thierry's place. All the essentials to have a pleasant time, proximity to tourist places.

Ideal place for a family vacation, the setting is wonderful, everything is very well maintained, whether it's the manor, the mill or the park. There are many toys and games for children, the activities offered can also entertain adults (ping-pong, foosball, trampoline, swimming pool, petanque, etc.) In this ideal setting you can also isolate yourself to read, paint, or simply rest as there is so much space. We had a wonderful weekend that delighted the grandparents, parents and small children who are already talking about next year. We thank Marie and Pierrick very much who hosted us very well, and whose main concern must be the well-being of their visitors, in any case, that's what we felt. Accommodation located in a quiet area which is very nice, while still close to Brive for all the shops, we lacked nothing! Sandrine and her husband are very welcoming! They have good tips for restaurants and local activities/visits. The pool is lovely even if the weather for our week was not ideal to make the most of it. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is very well equipped and is very clean. We would have no problem coming back!

We had a great family stay at Sandrine's house. The place is perfect for a family, the house is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, on foot from the city center of Perigueux. I highly recommend it!

Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

Peaceful and pleasant, I had a very nice stay with my children. Vast and secure. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the amenities were very well maintained and allowed the children to walk safely. There's a variety of things to do. I highly recommend it!

The house was as described and very comfortable. It’s set in a very peaceful location but not far from amenities and picturesque bastide towns. Owners are next door but respect your privacy and helpful if needed. Kaya the dog is super!
